“It's fantastic that Debenhams are holding more frequent Spectacular events as I am more inclined to shop then. Orders are quickly sent and returns are easy.”
“Redditch has a large shopping centre with many food outlets. I was shopping with my 3yr old granddaughter and we stopped for a sandwich lunch. I tried 4 of the food places and none of them was willing to make a cheese sandwich for my Granddaughter (she's vegetarian so this was the only option). I was offered cheese with relish and told to scrape it off at one venue! I then went to Debenhams and when an assistant saw me looking despondent at the food she asked what was wrong and I told her. Bless her she couldn't have been more kind or helpful and had a sandwich specially made for my GD. That's what I call service and where we will be going for our my lunch on future!”
“I ordered 2 mantaray tops for my holiday the following week. When the tops turned up they were 2 completely different tops...red herring in size 16. The delivery note said I had the tops I had ordered so somebody packing obviously got it wrong and there's someone out there with 2 mantaray tops that are too small.
When I phoned customer services to see if I could still get the tops I wanted, the helpful lady told me one was out of stock but that she would make sure I had the other one before the weekend in plenty of time for my holiday. Surprise, surprise the newly ordered top did not turn up before my holiday....nor has it done since.
Not a great experience, Debenhams. I won't be ordering online from you again.”
