“Easy to find what you are looking for but filters can be improved more. Delivery with Hermes is good but as products come from different warehouses you get more than one delivery which can be annoying.”
“I received a gift voucher of £50, and I activated it several months after I received it, so I had 24 months to use it which was fine. When I tried to use it I was told it had expired and that the activation date is not the date used to mark the beginning of the 24 months, instead you are supposed to log into their site and ‘check balance’ to create a start data for the 24 months. (They do not even mention this on the email)
They designed it so you are not told about this, and unless you know to ‘check balance’ they will use the first date that you have been sent the gift card. I was totally disgusted as my sister bought this for me.
Their customer service was shocking, they really don’t care one bit and they know they have your money by then. They don’t even send a reminder that the gift card is near expiry, a simple automated email would be fine.
I’ll never set foot in their store or shop online with them again.

“Great website. Easy to find what I was looking for. Sale items in stock! (This is rare!) next day delivery was only 50p more than standard delivery. Items arrived very quickly on the day they said they would, with update emails about delivery.
Items very well packaged (bit too much packaging perhaps, but better to protect items I suppose). All in all, highly recommended.”
