Debenhams have stolen £60 from me for 2 bottles of perfume ordered in January...No way of contacting them...disgusted how you can take people's money and not deliver goods

I ordered a child’s jumpsuit and received a ladies dress what a shambles no number to ring email not answered wish I hadn’t bothered with Debenhams appalling service

I will never ever order anything from Debanhams again. The most unreliable company. No customer service at all.

Ordered some make up, and they packaged the wrong colour what is wrong with customer services. Emailed to advise no response, i know the store is shutting down but to ignore loyal customers makes you feel sad. I won't be buying from them again. I'm sure Klarna will still take the money from my account, for items that I did not want and have returned! Judging from the reviews below return funds are not coming through thick and fast.

I ordered a few items and received my order in good time thank you. However I was really disappointed at the coat I ordered I am a small size 8 but the sleeves were so narrow I wore the coat at home for one hour , and the material was dreadful, really very thine , and within the hour the materiel was bobbling really bad quality coat . I have returned the coat and am awaiting my refund disappointed as normally I love the quality of Debenhams clothing

Ordered 3 items from Debenhams and they have all come in separate parcels with postage for each parcel have been a loyal gold card holder with Debenhams but will not be ordering anymore.

Ordered, account states all items 'dispatched' within a few days. Received courier notifications for two - these delivered within a week or so, but no courier notification for the other two. Now over two weeks since supposedly dispatched, but pretty obvious I won't be receiving them. Both items are from third party, my guess Debenhams haven't been paying third party suppliers, so they, quite understandably, aren't fulfilling orders. Either way, I'm out of pocket. I've contacted Debenhams customer services without reply. They must have know this when they took my order, despicable.

I ordered 6 items online and couldn't believe they sent them one at a time, a shirt that was so creased I it couldn't be worn and trousers sent in the wrong colour, it's no surprise that they are no longer trading with service like that

Do not order from Debenhams. I placed an order in mid December and still haven't received my order over a month later even though my money has been taken. I have tried to contact customer services by email multiple times, but 2 weeks on, no one has responded. You can't ring as the phone lines are closed. I would avoid ordering from Debenhams at all costs because they will take your money but don't provide the goods and don't respond to queries. This is not only a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is theft. I appreciate they are closing down, which I was sad about, but Debenhams should not be trading if they are not able to provide the services people are paying for. That is theft.

wish I had read reviews before I order. I have ordered few things 3 weeks ago and I have just received one of them. I have emailed them but no reply yet. when I track them it says only dispatched! all customer services lines are closed and you cannot speak with anyone to see what is happening. I am so disappointed. I don't know whether I get my order or any refund. very very very poor customer service. I was looking whole day to try to find somewhere to ask my question or track my item or even ask for refund. I could not find anything. you do not deserve even one star!

Ordered something in December and I still haven't received my parcel. Very poor customer service, contact is terrible and they are not taking any action to resolve this matter. Be aware, don't order from Debenhams.

It was going too well, order was delivered very quickly but sadly the dress was folded in half and popped in a bag, no care taken. The dress was so creased I had to return....Please have respect for the customers orders. The 2 stars are for prompt delivery and the dress was nice but worth £189 and to look like i had slept in it. No thanks

Beware do not order from Debenhams ordered a pair of jeans today took my money then 10 mins later advised that they were not in stock and that my refund would take 3-5 working days to be back in my account. Checked as soon as I received the email and the website still had the item in stock telling me to hurry as there is only 3 left. BEWARE

Ordered online and it thsn took a few weeks of online chats back and forth to finally be told my order was lost. Even though I'd been told it had been resent! Poor customer service. How can 2 orders just disappear?? Still awaiting refund. Do NOT order from this store. You can't speak with anyone on the phone when things go wrong as there is no customer service helpline.... Complete rubbish

Wish I had read reviews before ordering anything. I have ordered Christmas presents after paying for them got an email to say nothing will be delvered before Christmas. Tried to cancel straight away to be told can't as it has gone to pick and despatch NO WAY as seconds after email received. Also told not to accept delivery or to return goods which will cost me more money. Hard enough this Christmas what with pandemic but now ripped off by Debenhams wish I could give a - 10 to this company but 1 is the lowest you can give

Would give a minus. They state website operating a normal, they take your money but do not deliver goods. Had to contact bank to do chargeback. Appalling theives.

Customer service rep was so bad. I recieved a faulty pair of boots in my order. A piece broke off. Worse experience I've had in so long. I got 1 reply email a day at 2am over 5 days. Yet I wrote how I was in a rush to post returns and needed replies asap. I felt like this woman was just trying to annoying me on purpose. I will be very reluctant to but from Debenhams again. No worth the hassle.
