“i have not done much shopping in debenhams as i thought it was expensive, but as i started looking around the shop i had members of staff asking me would i like some helping trying to find the item of clothing that i was looking for, they were very pleasant towards me, so i was a happy person, they helped me out telling me that i could do something called click & collect in-store there and then, i asked if i could pay on my debenhams cards and was re-assured that there would not be a problem. i ordered a few items of clothing and paid straight away, i was told that i will get an email and as we were chatting it came through on my phone telling me that my order has been placed and was on its way, i was told i would get an email in a few day to come and collect, when i came in to collect my parcel i asked a member of staff where to collect it from, they told me upstairs on the 2nd floor. if i couldn,t find it just ask and they will help me, they are so friendly in debenhams i will be shopping more often in the future, yours faithfully MR C THOMPSON”

“I bought two jackets for my mums 83rd birthday in different sizes. Later I returned the one she didn't want, the other one was perfect!. The staff always return and exchange purchases without any quibble, whilst I was there I noticed a lovely dress for myself and a pair of boots for my daughter which I purchased using a voucher . Absolute bargains and very good quality. I can get items and gifts for the whole family at Debanhams. Excellent service”
