“What the hell is wrong with Debenhams website page?? Slow is not even the word!! Then it freezes, keeps jumping around. Not a smooth process at all. It's putting me off buying from them!”

“Website does not work. Earlier this year managed to order items.although slow you could persevere.now you just give up. Lags behind, sends you to the wrong page. Impossible. Maybe they don't want anyone to buy anything. Emailed them and rhey said it works fine for them and refresh the page. “Spent one hour
trying to place order on the website, extremely slow and then it totally lost my order , such a waste of time. Tried again, same thing happened. I emailed and they said the site is superfast so the error was with my browser not them. Please sort this out as I am not placing any more orders until site improves. Website is not fit for purpose.”
