“Good comunication, delivery in good time. Would prefer not to have received the marketing e-mails after purchase & would be nicer to receive item in a box rather than a plastic bag. When buying Football boots (or any footwear)you would expect a box as standard. having said that boots were £5 cheaper than other on-line options I could find, so fair enough”

“The order process was relatively easy and straight forward and the bike itself is great and fantastic value for money, the only part of the process that didn't go as smoothly as it could was the delivery as I had no idea when it was coming and there is no option to allow a neighbour to sign for it. In saying that DHL did pull out all the stops to make a special Saturday delivery for me, but I think that this was more to do with the bike being sent back to Heathrow and the deport being open 24hours. I would recommend and buy something for Decathalon again (this is my third bike purchase), but would think carefully about the delivery address to make the process perfect.”

“I found everyone I dealt with polite & professional. I would order again. It was the first time I had used the on line service. The clothes I ordered were really nice, good quality but I found very small sizes so I had to send Coat etc bac.I took the coat to work to see if one of the girls would like to try it .it was small for them. The sleeves were very narrow. It did cost me nearly £3 to send them bac.I did get a full refund tho even the delivery charge.”

“Good quick delivery, and competitive on prices, I have only made one purchase to date, and am extremely happy with both the product and service. I hope this continues and that you widen the product offerings. Best. R”

“Huge choice and great prices. Quality of own brand products seems good too if you don't go for the available branded items.”

“CYCLE HELMET FITTED GREAT, PLENTY OF ADJUSTMENT. TO BE FAIR I HAVEN'T FELL OFF BIKE `YET` BUT, I WOULD SUGGEST LIKE MOST CYCLE HELMETS THEY DO REDUCE THE `BUMP FACTOR` IF YOU'RE PUSHED OFF BIKE AND, HAPPEN TO HIT HEAD OF SOMETHING. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT OR BUY ANOTHER ONE IF NEEDED...`YES`”

“Prior to my order I was in store (Croydon Purley Way) and was helped by a very lovely lady who even the system didn't work properly stayed calm and friendly . Finally I decided to order online by myself cause I didn't have enough time to wait. But still very friendly store and quick delivery.”

“I purchased a table tennis table from Decathlon and was most impressed with the device they provided. The arrangements for uplifting the table went smoothly and my family have had great pleasure playing on the table. It has become a daly focal point for their leisure activities. One of the best purchases I have made for a very long time.”

“Misunderstanding over bike sizing meant that the incorrect size was deliver. However the patience and helpfulness of Customer Services helped resolve the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend both the products and services to anyone interested in buying a new bike.”

“Size guide needs some attention as ordered shorts as per the size guide and we're all too big and had to send back and reorder. They were so big could fit two people in them.”
