Very, very, very, poor quality! The craftsmanship well there just wasn’t any! I was the one stolen from here but that won’t happen again!! Buyers beware!

It was a present to my daughter for their new home. Items were fine except for the side table. It is poor construction and material. The fiberglass is very thin in spots and the layered lap joints are cracked around the circumference. The main support leg does not fit into the attaching socket and the mounting plate will pull away from the main body. This is headed for the trash. Too bad I read your warranty coverage after looking at this mess. Hope this helps with your future sales because I won't be included.

Purchased the Galvanized metal Roman Numeral Clock. It does not work. So I gave the rating as 1 Pretty clock but no good if it does not work. Customer care receives 5 stars. After reaching out to decor steals they promptly offered to replace the clock or refund my account for the damaged clock. Excellent customer service. Please do not hesitate ordering from this company. I have received many beautiful items that I enjoy every day.

90 dollars for a small milk crate, 2 small wooden stands of some sort, and a huge table runner that is down right unattractive. Now I now why you kept it a mystery. Never again.

Received some great stuff, but multiple items NEVER RECEIVED!!! Completed MULTIPLE order status inquiry emails NO RESPONSES. Money has been paid and removed from my bank account. Ordering is risky!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

I ordered two of the iron ring candle holders. The veneer on one of the holders was bubbling and peeling off. The other holder arrived broken. VERY dissatisfied with both, especially for the price paid for them.

Item had been broken and someone had tried to glue it back together. I didn’t have time to return as I was going to have surgery the next day. My husband fixed it best as he could and I am using it the guest room instead of where I had originally wanted it for. First time I have been disappointed in a purchase from Decor Steals.
