These were not attractive at all. Actually, my adult children thought they looked more like trees than ferns. I would have returned if the cost would not have been so high.

Bought this on one of the earlier offerings, maybe 2 years ago. Not what I expected. Hoping to be able to pin the places we had traveled. More of a ‘decor’ piece. ☹️

Disappointed - it didn’t seem as nice in person. I kept it anyway. We hung it on the wall but it doesn’t lie flat and gaps at the hinge. : (

Ordered & never received. Finally emailed them, & they got back to me saying it had been damaged or lost & they didn’t have any more. This was after the purchase had been charged to my credit card for a month. Waiting for a credit refund. First time ordering & won’t be back.

I don’t like my purchase at all, none of the screw holes line up and it’s extremely wobbly, especially for the amount of money that I paid, every time I tried to email them it wouldn’t work, just got discussed but I would never recommend this site to anyone-totally unsatisfied, I would appreciate if you could help me

I have purchased many items and severs have arrived broken or in need of repair. They can never replace them. They do refund half of your money. I wish they would hold a few of the items to replace broken ones.

Ordered the large antique gold mirror and it arrived shattered. The packaging was not sufficient for a fragile item like a mirror. There was nothing protecting the front/back of the mirror but thin bubble wrap. Contacted customer service and they blame the carrier. I was quickly sent a refund and no other solution or help. Frankly, it was just sorry about your luck and join the waiting list if you’d like to purchase again in the future.

I bought two of these sconces before they had timer. Timer was a great idea. However, my one sconce has never worked properly. Something is wrong in the inside such as maybe a loose wire. Turns on but does not stay on. If I press hard against the switch it will go back on but then turns off. Too bad because they could be very nice.

I placed a order on 12/29 I received a shipping email saying it had been shipped no further updates with tracking number provided, I sent them a email and today was told my purchase is sitting on their warehouse floor. I have been charged for this and now no idea when or if I will receive it This is not the first time Ive had issues with decor steals but keep trying but this is the first time I’ve left a review Really really not happy

Hard to review something that I never received! I am currently proceeding with disputing the charges for the decor steal box. This box was suppose to be a birthday present for an early December birthday and I still have not received it. When tracking on Fed Ex it has been going around the USA since December 13th and yet to make it to my home for delivery. Very disappointed!

I had placed my order for the Winter Steal It Box 10/24/2021 and did not receive it until 12/24/2022 Christmas Eve at 3:35 pm, I couldn't use any decors for Christmas as I hoped to do. Sent the box back for a refund. Very disappointed in the timely manner of receiving my products.
