Absolutely disappointed in quality of items especially the House Scene. Spent 3 hours trying to put it together and it kept falling apart. To see the retail value of it was absurd! Totally felt ripped off not to mention the box didn’t come until mid December after all my decorations were put up. Will NEVER spend this kind of $ for something I have no idea of what I’m getting. Plus, sent an email stating my dissatisfaction and how the house scene didn’t work. They didn’t even give me a partial refund!

Disappointed with the quality. The hearts were not finished in any way and I will have to stain or at least sand myself before giving them as gifts. Previously ordered the one heart and it was amazing.

I never received the shipment. Your shipper never received it from you. Please make good on this. At this point, I would not recommend Decor Steals. Either ship my order, or refund my money.

Very unhappy the item was not in good shale the bird is not on the limb as pictured it was almost upside down very cheaply made also i have not received my winter box and have attempted three times to find out why. Paid for first if November i will never order from your company again

I've been a consistent customer since April 2021. I requested a refund when my box did not arrive in time. I was never given a straight answer except that my package had shipped and was provided false information as at the time my package did not ship. I was even given someone else's delivery information in NC, and I live in TX. Unfortunately, my trust has been lost with this company and I will not order from Decor Steals again.

Not made in the USA. Very disappointed in this purchase. All the legs are not made to scale so the risers are unstable.

I was looking forward to the fall box so much but was very disappointed in it. I had broken items in the box and some of the items were not as nice as I was hoping. I have tried to contact customer service 5 different times and no one has gotten back to me. I will not be buying from you again.

Ordered on October 30th. Delivered on December 14th. 45 days. Ridiculous. First and last order from your company, no matter what your excuse is.

Ordered my box as soon as it was released. Was told I would receive my box on November 29. I still haven’t received and have gotten minimal response from Decor Steals. Not a happy customer!

I t is not what I need and when I finally received an answer about drawer size you wouldn’t cancel my order Had you stated the size I wouldn’t have ordered it That’s not the first time I have not been satisfied without help This was the last order I will place and loss of my money I am unsubscribing from decor steals. Hi Sue, The return shipping cost is your responsibility. when you make a duplicate purchase. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost for us to get the item to you typically exceeds $5, however, we only charge you the small flat fee and cover the rest out of our pocket. The return shipping amount will likely be greater than $5 and will depend on the size/weight of the item, and where you are shipping it from. We prefer to do it this way rather than to increase the price of all items to cover the occasional return shipping costs for some—we hope you understand!
