Hi Sue, The return shipping cost is your responsibility. when you make a duplicate purchase. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost for us to get the item to you typically exceeds $5, however, we only charge you the small flat fee and cover the rest out of our pocket. The return shipping amount will likely be greater than $5 and will depend on the size/weight of the item, and where you are shipping it from. We prefer to do it this way rather than to increase the price of all items to cover the occasional return shipping costs for some—we hope you understand!

The pots arrived broken and only one was intact. The representative told me they would refund me but there weren’t anymore to replace it. I went on the next day and was able to add the pots to my cart. Poor response in my opinion.

Item arrived damaged and they still haven’t helped me but offered me to keep it and get a 50%credit to their store. Every time I email them it’s 5-7 days to get a response. Not satisfied at all.

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with an order and the didn't respond within 48 hours like they said and then when they did, they didn't even answer the concern i had.

I placed 2 orders for decor steals boxes 11/06 and have not received either of them. 30+ days to ship an order is unacceptable.

I bought the garland door frame holder and it didn’t stay up and then the screws stripped. False advertising for sure!

Looks nothing like the photos - and while I understand shipping delays, rest assured Decor Steals will not be there to help. I received my item almost a month later, and all of the "frost" had fallen off in the box...but even if all that was on there, the wreath still looks nothing like the photo. I am very understanding of the issues going on, I have the same problems in my business... however, customer service is what makes or breaks the problems. In this case, it broke it.

I so wanted to leave a positive review. Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one. I bought a wall cabinet that arrived damaged. I understand things happen; so that is not my main issue. My concern is with customer service not returning emails to discuss the situation. Reflects poorly on a business when they don’t take their customers concerns into consideration.

My order was supposed to arrive on November 21, It is now December 3 and it hasn't arrived yet. Hard to review when it's 2 weeks past when it was supposed to be here. I'm not happy so far but things might change if my item ever arrives.

There’s no phone number to contact with this company. This mirror came damaged. It looks like it was bought by someone else, returned and reshipped to me. There’s a hole on the back bottom of the mirror which confirms someone had this item before me and it was returned. They claim they will respond to emails within 48 hours. So far no one has answered my complaint. This is my first and definitely my last business dealing with this company. Still waiting for their response!!!!

I would love to review my Steal it Box that I ordered October 30th, but I have yet to receive it as of December 3rd. They managed to charge my credit card the day I ordered though. Fear I may have been scammed

I ordered and paid for the winter Steal It box on October 27. The order is still pending, with no updated shipping date or information. I can see on social media that I am not alone. I would not take a chance on this company.

The Santa gift bag is of poor quality it looks like it came from the dollar store the gingerbread do not stand up appropriately on the top of the tree it lays flat so you can’t even see it the branches look like they are made of paper and the boxes for Decour are as cheap as can be I ultimately would like a complete refund for this product completely dissatisfied

I would love to review it but decor steaks is now using Lasership. My item is MIA. I asked Decor steals for assistance since it stated it should’ve already been delivered but wasn’t. Decor steals said to be patient despite lasership themselves saying they aren’t sure what happened, if mine got checked picked up but actually didn’t from decor steals.

Hi i purchased a galvanized box with wooden top and glass bottle with removable basket. I was so dissappointed when i opened boxes. Not worth the price. Too small. Ive emailed to get RMA for return no response. They claim they get back within 48 hours well its been several days now no response.
