Looks nothing like the photos - and while I understand shipping delays, rest assured Decor Steals will not be there to help. I received my item almost a month later, and all of the "frost" had fallen off in the box...but even if all that was on there, the wreath still looks nothing like the photo.
I am very understanding of the issues going on, I have the same problems in my business... however, customer service is what makes or breaks the problems. In this case, it broke it.
