Very cheaply made and definitely not worth the $54.99 I paid. Wish I could return it.

It came damaged I sent photos and emails Took 5 days for reply offering me 25%discount I replied back stating I wanted refund as is too damaged to display. Still haven’t been responded to. Very disappointed

I’m still waiting on a refund. I returned the wreaths the day after receiving them. They heavily shed the “crystal” ice. They did not ship within three days although they were advertised to do so. Instead, a label was created the day after I ordered, but FedEx did not receive the wreaths for shipping until a full week later. Decor Steals has great customer service, however, they did not live up to it this time.

I ordered my box on the 28th of October and have still not gotten it. Sent email and no response. $ were taken out of my acct. but still no box?? Please respond!!

As we approach the holiday season, like many businesses across the country, we are seeing delays in transit as the Carriers work to keep up with the increasing volume of packages. We are seeing delays in pickup scans, tracking scans and of course transit times. We are working super hard to bridge any gaps in shipping but unfortunately, a lot of this is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse. I am not happy because I didn’t receive the bar with the bird on it to attach the two tiers. Very poor packaging. I have sent an email to your customer service twice in the past several days with NO response. Planning to return it.

I would give Zero stars if possible. Top & bottom finials (not iron) arrived damaged (shipping not the cause). Iron hooks fine, no way to use or remove damaged finials, trash... DS offered a credit of $8!? I've shopped with DS, 12 years now, this year, I've received damaged products repeatedly. It would be a great functional item, if not damaged.

Still haven’t finished putting together. Will have to get one of my kids to help. The back panel doesn’t fit in the slats as it is warped. It may just have to stay that way to get the rest finished. It’s very hard to put together by one person. And it fasten the inside panels you have to get under the cabinet with a flashlight to be able to see the holes. I’ll give it another shot but I’ve already spent 2 hours assembling it and the top and doors are not yet on. May end up as a yard sale item

I never received it yet. I ordered many items, especially for Christmas. I also bought the Winter box for me & my friend in VA along with a mystery gift for both of us. The only gift I received was the Fall box which I loved but very concerned about ALL my other items. Please check my orders & let me know if there are any problems. Do not buy this. The products are such low quality, it is in no way worth the value they advertise. The big item in the fall box is the three tiered stand. It came with no way for me to assemble it, so essentially what I got was pieces of fake wood that reek of spray paint. The candle tray is cute but wobbly. Everything smells bad and is lower quality than expected.
