I placed a order on 12/29 I received a shipping email saying it had been shipped no further updates with tracking number provided, I sent them a email and today was told my purchase is sitting on their warehouse floor. I have been charged for this and now no idea when or if I will receive it
This is not the first time Ive had issues with decor steals but keep trying but this is the first time I’ve left a review
