I am not happy. I purchased this Steal thinking I could use it on my countertop for dry goods. The medium sized cannister isn’t sealed on the bottom, plus all of them have a sickening odor, reminds me of kerosene. I emailed you about this problem, wanting to return for a refund, but no one has helped me. All I can say is, this product stinks and your customer service stinks too!

I would LOVE to actually review this item but I've yet to receive it😡 I made my purchase on March 24. It's now April 11 and still NOTHING!!! Completely unacceptable.

Hi! I ordered two of your sconces and one came with a broken bulb. I emailed over 2 weeks ago asking for a bulb replacement and haven't received a response. I also researched on your website about purchasing a replacement and you don’t offer selling the bulbs and these are the only ones that will work in this sconce. I don’t think I should have to buy a whole new sconce when the bulb came broken. I will try another email and wait for a response.

The clock is beautiful but the hands were broken and swinging back and forth. There was no way to tighten them from the back. Decor Steals worked quickly with me, sending me a label to ship back and to give me a refund. No complaint about Decor Steals.

They're very poorly made and so lightweight that they would turn over very easily. There's glue dripping down the side of one of them so would need to turn them around. Sadly, they're headed to Goodwill.

The basket bottom was crushed all the way around. It was packaged in a box that had not been crushed but the basket was damaged. In this condition it wasn’t worth $30+. It also took quite awhile to get to me.

I was very disappointed when my order arrived. The scrolls were as if they were two different pieces. There was no way for them to be used together. The finish on each were completely different. Customer service said it would be at my cost to return and acted as if they just didn’t “match my decor” instead of being something that couldn’t be used because of bad workmanship on the product!

Decor steals had not made me happy I'm still waitng for my refund on this item Nowhere in the description did it state that you needed two holes on your ceiling to install, therefore I had to return it They charged me $25 dollars for shipping and I have been waiting for two weeks for my refund with no contact from Decor Steals. Probably the last item I'll purchase.. Poor customer service.
