“Very pretty and serene, I I especially like the wood stand that collapses instead of the metal stands on previous items I’ve purchased so much easier to store away.”

“Update..They have replaced the the items. That is rare for a company to replace an item for 1 screw. Just shows you can order and know no matter what they will stand behind their products!! Love this company!!Love the trays but was missing a screw head. Customer service offered to replace them but I'm disabled and can't drive anymore so I guess I'm stuck. At least I can use 1”

“Thank You Decor Steals! There was a small issue with the shipper. Decor Steals "stepped up" an solved it quickly. Love you Decor Steals and I know this doesn't happen and not your fault....But..Kudos to you for fixing everything!!!! I've been a customer for approx 3 years and this was the first issue!! Sue”

“This would be a 5⭐️ if it had readable directions. I figured it out, but have to take it apart to align the locking holes. Besides that…it does look very nice and gets lots of compliments.”

“This rating is about the item itself, NOT the great customer service I received when I reached out about it. The item itself is not as advertised. This is a 41"W pendant, NOT 61". It's not even close to the 51" width in the description too. I wish they would rectify the size for others down the road. Also, the bottom portion of the light is not finished, wish it was. CS was great and refunded so I of course will continue to shop here, this is just a misleading listing since the light is advertised as being so much bigger than it actually is. If you're looking for a 41" wide light, then the style is great for the price. It's just much too small for my space and I wasn't a fan of the unfinished bottom part of the light in the middle. You can see the clips. There needs to be a cap on that part or something. Makes it look cheap.”

“I normally do not order things online but was looking for a mirror for my dining area. I’m not a trusting person and expect to be disappointed. Well not the case with Decor Steals! The mirror is beautiful, quality material and a solid piece (not flimsy). Totally surprised! One tiny issue with an invoice I received saying I ordered two things but didn’t. I must have deleted the invoice accidentally so was unable to show them but their customer service was great and reassuring. Definitely would do business with them again!”
