“** update I was contacted by DS after leaving 3 stars and my review. I sent pictures of the damage and they refunded me 50% if I wanted to keep the plant, which I do. Updated from 3 to 5 stars. Great customer service. A couple of the branches on my tree were broken in transit, one branch was outside the box. I’ve had it for a few days now and those branches have died. Hopefully the tree livens up a bit. Not sure I’ll order another live plant through them.”
