“On Tuesday, November 22 I requested a refund for the referenced mirror. I have not received a response to my request. Background: I originally ordered two of these mirrors, one arrived broken. I followed the procedures to report a claim, your staff was very responsive and issued a replacement mirror which I received on Nov. 19, sadly it too was broken. I followed the procedures to report the damage - reported the damage, along with photographs on Nov. 22, received the automated response that the report of damage was received and I would be contacted in 48 hours. To date I have not been contacted. Please help. Today's date Nov. 27, 2022. Thank you.”

“I ordered 2 snowflakes garlands and one arrived with 2 broken snowflakes. I emailed customer service with a picture. They responded in a timely manner and offered a refund because they were sold out. I plan to use the other garland in a winter scape after Christmas.”
