“Customer service is the best, I had a problem and it was fixed immediately. I was so excited to find Decor Steals and my items. Your product have made me excited to use in my home and my husband is so very happy to watch my expressions when I opened each box. He is happy I found this place. In most cases we ship within 3 business days; some items take a bit longer though (forgive us for unexpected Delays), in which case this will be called out within our Listing. “I purchased a fall themed Sherpa blanket- it arrived a week earlier than expected, and it's absolutely beautiful!! I threw it in the washer immediately upon arrival, i wanted to use it right away. I was soooo excited to see how it held up. It did great!! I wasn't happy with the shipping charge ( spoiled by Amazon prime, gotta admit!) but overall, I will be ordering again!!”

“The 3-tiered cake stand (the main reason I bought this deal), arrived broken. Customer support kindly shipped me another box for free without having to return everything. The stand in the 2nd box was broken in such a way that I cannot piece the 2 sets to combine into one that works. The upper tiers wobble and move without anything on them and lean too much when I do put something on them. All 6 pieces are very chipped and crumbly. The only item I may get some use out of in these boxes is the pumpkin pie container. But even 2 of those are not worth what I spent. Unfortunately, this is the first and last time I will buy from Decor Steals.”
