“Looks nothing like the photos - and while I understand shipping delays, rest assured Decor Steals will not be there to help. I received my item almost a month later, and all of the "frost" had fallen off in the box...but even if all that was on there, the wreath still looks nothing like the photo. I am very understanding of the issues going on, I have the same problems in my business... however, customer service is what makes or breaks the problems. In this case, it broke it.”

“Only 4 stars because it was extremely difficult to assemble. The wood on the shelves cover part of the bolt head. Also the Allen wrench provided was worthless. The holes never lined up so you had to force the bolt in. It took my husband and I a good hour to assemble. It looks nice now that it is assembled.”

“I so wanted to leave a positive review. Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one. I bought a wall cabinet that arrived damaged. I understand things happen; so that is not my main issue. My concern is with customer service not returning emails to discuss the situation. Reflects poorly on a business when they don’t take their customers concerns into consideration.”

“My order was supposed to arrive on November 21, It is now December 3 and it hasn't arrived yet. Hard to review when it's 2 weeks past when it was supposed to be here. I'm not happy so far but things might change if my item ever arrives.”

“My product arrived damaged....and I have been offered a 50% in store credit ($36) if I keep them.....I still haven't decided to take this deal or not. I've purchased many many things from decor steals... and this is probably my 3rd or 4th damaged product. They usually try to make an effort to make things right...but my goodness, it seems to happen a lot.”

“This was a mystery purchase for a planter and I couldn't wait! I received it not too long after i ordered and I love it. They are so unique and nothing I would have picked out which is why I love the mystery purchases! I haven't figured out what exactly I am putting in them but I have the location! Mysteries are fun!”

“There’s no phone number to contact with this company. This mirror came damaged. It looks like it was bought by someone else, returned and reshipped to me. There’s a hole on the back bottom of the mirror which confirms someone had this item before me and it was returned. They claim they will respond to emails within 48 hours. So far no one has answered my complaint. This is my first and definitely my last business dealing with this company. Still waiting for their response!!!!”

“Just received my first Surprise Box and everything was wonderful. I loved every item and look forward to my future orders. But I still have not received my 2021 Winter Box and that was ordered Nov 14th. And cannot get a straight answer to when it will be shipped. So I am rather put off by that. It appears that no one can tell me when it will ship.”
