For two days, I have tried to purchase an Alienware laptop, and a Netgear router for my daughter as a reward she earned. I have not been lied to misled and disrespected as much as I was by Dowell in the past 12 hours of dealing with them. They charged my Visa debit card for $2756.04, and then they charged my MasterCard for $2756.04. They deny that they charged my debit card even though I bank official phone them provided them with the transaction number provided them with a picture of the fee. But because she wanted an Alienware I persisted and did order one with the full knowledge that it had to be here before the 21st, I was promised confirmed that it would be. A few hours later I got a sheep’s phone call from one of the attendance telling me he had sent me the confirmation. I asked if it was the same confirmation that he had given me for hours earlier, and all I got was a bunch of mumbling . When I checked the latest confirmation, they had switched the delivery date from the 21st to the 24th and try to sneak it by me. I cannot believe that dell and Alienware has deteriorated to such deplorable treatment of customers and they need to steal their money so anyone reading this please take heed . This is not the company that Michael Dell built it on.

I bought a Dell computer just over a year ago. I have had nothing but trouble since I set it up. I have a laptop that I use most of the time but when I need to use two screens, I use the dell desktop. It has always been very slow. This is my first and last Dell. I bought the dell computer because I have a business and they are supposed to be business computers. The computer crashed and all of my documents with it. But I had all of my files backed up. Otherwise, I would have been in serious trouble. The computer eventually powered on and it was back to the factory settings. Thats ok, I know how to install the apps I need. Jokes on me! I cannot download any of the apps that I need. The computer says they are installed but I can't find them. I'm not talking about apps to develop a nuclear bomb. I'm talking about Microsoft office, etc. Now the start menu does not work. I can't type anything into the search screen on the task bar and no the keyboard is not broken because I am typing this with the same keyboard. I have always used HP, I will continue to use HP. Nothing but a piece of junk.

We have a Dell monitor, which had a problem with the display, which we complained to the Dell company's customer service center on September 26,case no-152458585, since then till 07 October, we were being tricked by their customer information officers, any information which has given, was not in a proper way. today 07 October 2022 suddenly they has told to us that we cannot repair your system. The coustomer system here is very wasteful, shoddy and costly. Neither any emotion is given to the words of our customers, nor is it given such an answer which gives a pleasant feeling in the soul. We are fed up with this arrangement.

Dell laptops are the worst and never worth the money... They have the best customer service, however; I had no other chance than to talk here about my horrible Dell experience since 2021. Briefly, I bought an Inspiron in October 2021 as my old Mac was obsolete. Then in 1 month of course after the return warranty ends the Caps Lock began to be dysfunctional (the light keeps on and doesn't turn off until you restart the PC). I had 2 keyboard changes and then the screen went dysfunctional... The people from customer service were helpful and took the laptop back and refunded me... I had to get a new one and unfortunately, upon lame friend advice, I got XPS which was said to be the best... I got it without any discount and paid almost double what I paid in October 2021. I received the laptop end of March 2022 and again the same issue began 4 weeks later again 3 keyboard replacements then the motherboard then finally took it and sent me A REFURBISHED ONE... that again now in less than a month had the same dysfunctional... Interestingly enough I got my nephew a gaming DELL 15 laptop that had the same DYSFUNCTION... SO PEOPLE DON'T GET DELL EVER AGAIN. I wish I got to find a good Laptop anywhere away from this LAME DELL. I have email proof for all this by the way and receipts.

Cursor disappeared. Every instruction online was incorrect, including Dell's website. Cannot log on to Dell support. Except for this problem, the computer has been great; Dell, the rest of you sucks.

Your support is the pits, I have an outstanding fault report that has been outstanding since 8th August 2022, a simple fault, the DVD player is defective. NOBODY has contacted me in all this time, as I said previously, your support is the pits.

Never ended up ordering the item through Dell, found it for a comparable price elsewhere. I work for a local level government agency, so we're tax exempt. The checkout page said to call a 1-866 number to proceed with tax exemption. I call it, and get an automated answering service that doesn't give me an option to select tax exempt. I finally get through to a person, who I can barely hear, and they proceed to hang up on me (I'm assuming they couldn't hear me either.) Called again, had the same issues with the automated answering options, but eventually got through to a person. I explained what I needed, and they said they would transfer me to sales, and gave me a number to call "incase we get disconnected." Apparently this happens frequently. I talk to the next person, who hands me off to another person, who says "based on your location, Sally so-and-so is your sales person, let me connect you to her." I get an automated response that says "The person at this extension has not set-up their voicemail. Good bye." So.... I start again, with the last number they gave me, which still went to the unhelpful automated answering system. Eventually got to another representative, who sent me to another person, and another, was given another 1-866 number, and was again disconnected. Decided that the 45 minutes I wasted was enough, and purchased the item though a different website that made it really easy to do what I needed to purchase this item. Guess Dell didn't want our money bad enough to make their website line up with reality.

Dell customer care was pathetic. They just waste peoples time. Contact them if you have waste time and energy to waste with such useless and uninformed people. Really bad experience. I had high expectations from Dell but such customer care executives damaged your reputation. Terribly bad.

My 27" Dell Monitor developed some screen defects and Dell replaced the montitor very quickly. I was very happy with the outcome.

This is how Dell breaks your computers to claim an accidental break to refuse the warranty falsely! I have returned the non-accidental broken laptop to Dell. I refused it to be fixed but complained about the low-quality products and support services. Although I refused any repair, two days later, Dell emailed me the following video indicating my computer was broken accidentally! Since I refused any repair, there was no need for any repair or videotape it! However, Dell is a FRAUD AND CORRUPTED CORPORATION, since I complained about their products and services, Dell broke the computer, video taped it, and emailed me back for harassment in return for my complaints!

Would put 0 stars if I could. If your laptop has any sort of problem, expect dell to do absolutely nothing about it, even if you pay for their expensive warranty. The technicians sound like they are reading a script off and have absolutely zero problem solving skills. This should totally not be allowed, and this company has probably the most useless service I have ever seen.

Dell and Alienware computers are junk! They break immediately, and the Dell Corporate support services are awful. I ended up communicating with the corporation, I was screamed at, lied and falsely blamed for requesting my service! STAY AWAY FROM DELL!

I purchased a large TV, and extended warranty from Dell. The TV broke, I spent over 6 hours being transferred by Dell, and got no results. They gave me phone numbers that didn't exist, didn't have service in my area, were trying to get me to buy junk, and at one point charged me $4.95 for the call. This is the worst service ever.

My Dell Inspiron laptop recently developed a hardwell problem. I contacted Dell support for assistance, and they resolved the issue but created a new one. The system has become so slow that I can no longer use it.

Previusly, I was attended to by Ms. Cheeryze Tan of Dell S'pore Vivo City outlet and I was not sure whether to buy the Vostro 5320 as the resolution at 2560 x 1600 seemed to me was rather high for a 13.2 inches laptop and might affect the text of MS word document. However, on 8 Sept, 2022 I visited the shop again and Mr. Chuck used his laptop and showed me the high resolution will not affect the text of the MS word document. He allowed me to do the review with his working laptop! Mr. Chuck was able to clear my doubt and won me over and I was able to make the commitment there and then to buy the Vostro 5320. Mr. Chuck was very patient and spent a lot of time answering my questions professionally! Thank you Mr. Chuck, you are a keeper and valuable employee of DELL!

So I bought two new expensive dell pcs one for me one for my boss. His worked fine and mine was DOA and would not boot up. Spent many hours with dell support trying to get it to boot and they ultimately could not help and had a technician dispatched. Hiccups with that too but he arrived with memory and a motherboard. he put the memory in and got it to boot and left and wished me good luck. Used the pc for a little less than a week and then it started acting buggy. Memory errors, couldn’t save, couldn’t move files odd things abound. I used our IT firm to try and fix it but over time it wasn’t fixed. Contacted my rep and explained my dilemma and they wanted me to go through their Support. I did not want to as I have no free time at work and the Pc was a true lemon and DOA. I ask for an exception and an RMA. I’m told no let me have someone call you. Another person calls and tells me if they were to replace my pc they would be a not for profit and they do not do that. Flabbergasting to say the least that they can sell DOA pcs and never have to replace them. I end the call email my rep to delete our account and I’ll buy pcs elsewhere. Dell is dead to me.
