Don't pay anything with this company, IT'S DROPSHIPPING ! All of the modele are F.A.K.E and made in China.

Ordered when they offered the 2 for 1. After 2 weeks of waiting I wrote them and they told me that 1 pair of glasses are not in stock right now. They couldn‘t tell me when they will be available again. I canceled my order after 4 weeks waiting. Very bad customer service. Will not order again.

Its been 20 days since I paid for my sunglasses, and still have not received a confirmation email... whatever the circumstance is it does not take 20 days to sort out a product and send an email

The sunglasses I ordered look completely different compared to the website images. Poor quality product, they feel cheap. They don't refund the full order price when returning it.

After purchase, no further updates. After weeks still no glassen or message back from support. Avoid this company!! Hopefully my credit card company will be able to retrieve the money.

No shipping information over week since purchased. Looking these reviews I have very little hope on the quality of service. Anyone reading this, a tip would be to report then on instagram that the company is a scam. They rely heavily on sponsored ads on IG so that will make them pull their socks up!

I ordered new sunglasses but they only delivered the box and the case. No sunglasses, I tried to get in contact with D.Franklin about this but they haven't replied.

Shitty quality. As I sent it back they didn't return me the money, cause the package '' magically dissappeard'' on the way. Yeah.

Ich hab dort eine Sonnenbrille gekauft, für die 7 € Versandgebühr kam die Sonnenbrille in lausiger Verpackung (Plastiktüte). Die Brille passte mir nicht, außerdem wirkt sie sehr billig. Da kann man auch auf eine 5 € Brille aus dem Discounter zurückgreifen, dann würde vielleicht sogar die Größe stimmen. Beim zurücksenden muss man die Retoure natürlich selber zahlen. Der Retourenzettel enthält nicht alle benötigten Informationen für einen ordnungsgemäßen Rückversandt (Land fehlt), was auch nochmal zu Ärger bei der Poststelle führt. Alles sehr schlecht gemacht, hoffentlich kommt wenigstens die Rückerstattung zügig. Die 20 Euro für Versandtgebühren hätte ich mir doch lieber gespart und bei richtigen Händlern Geld investiert.

Do not buy at this "company". Poor quality products (my sunglasses both arrived damaged) and you could see they were sent back in the packaging several times. Additonally, they were way too small and I had to check twice if I didn´t buy the children´s version. I did not get a refund or an answer on my emails yet.

Nicht empfehlenswert!!! Meine Schuhe sind nach kürzester Zeit kaputt gegangen. Kundenservice gleich null!!!! Reaktionen auf meine Reklamation kam nicht, auch nicht nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Dank PayPal bekomme ich nun hoffentlich wenigstens mein Geld zurück. Den versicherten von Versand von knapp 14€ konnte ich selbst tragen. Nie wieder würde ich hier bestellen oder es weiter empfehlen.

I bought also a 2 shoes, and I Stil didn't get order, I wrote 5 emails, they didn't even write anything. I even don't know anymore what to do?

I bought a pair of boots on last november and I returned them because they were too big (following advices on the web saying that boots sizing was small, totally wrong!) Since then (almost two months) I'm still waiting for my refund. They're ignoring me through all the social media channels, obviously I sent them about 4 mails, still ignoring me. SO SAD SERVICE!

I bought as well two pairs of shoes. 1. they came in very distroyed packaging. 2. they did not fit even though I ordered them one size taller as they discribe on their website and both where still too small (and at one pair one shoe fit and one was to small - how can that be?). So I needed to send both pairs back. 3. they did not answer any of my e-mails. 4. as I read in their return conditions - which are horrible by the way - they do not make changes, you have to pay if there is any sticker or something missing in the package or the package itself is broken and you have to return the order between 14 days after ORDER not RECEIVING!!! and you have to fll out some return sheets as well... 5. So I sent them back after I made all the stuff which I had to to return my order... and they did come back. The adress wasn´t right - and I took it from their return label... Well, I tried again and it worked. And I paid for it twice... from germany to spain - which means A LOT! 6. this is so unbelievable and there is no chance at all (only here) to leave a review neither on facebook or google... I am so disappointed and angry. I would give zero stars if possible...
