Made a big order around 250 eurs. one of the products I received was not in good condition, and I immediately sent an email with a photo (so that they have the date that I received the product as well as its condition). They told me that they will reply, and now, I am on my 3rd email that I've sent , no one has responded and after that they will tell me that there have been too many days passed for the product to be replaced or whatever. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING, NO I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL, SINCE I DO THE SAME JOB, AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND AT LEAST AFTER ONE WEEK I ASSURE TO SERVICE OUR CLIENTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Paid for and processed 2 pairs of shades with the "Buy 2 get 1 Free" promotion. Only received confirmation and delivery of 1 pair. The worst part is customer service takes at least a week to respond given you only have 14 days to request a return.

I ordered slippers for daughters Xmas present was informed regularly about delivery date, every thing fine until Royal Mail delivered the slippers to the wrong address. Royal Mail told me D.Franklin had to claim for the lost shipment we are now nearly 3 months on and several e mails without a satisfactory conclusion, it’s as though they don’t understand the problem. I am nearly £50 down and still waiting. On a positive note I reordered, received the second parcel and product is great.

Still haven't received sunglasses since November 2022. Followed up with company through 2 different email addresses - no response. Just poor communication

I mean the products are fine. But the return process is dumb, (trying not to curse). You can not replace items and if the shoes don't fit you have to fund the shipping back to the company. Place the new order of the shoes you want and pay again. You have 14 days and shipping takes up to 12.

I ordered sunglasses and blue light glasses. Paid 70€ and got very poor quality glasses. Sunglasses feel like those aliexpress 2 euro glasses, they were paced shitty, and I'm impressed that they didn't break in the package. Blue light glasses were packed better but are smaller than on pictures and the glass is not see-through, it's very blurry and makes my headache, but I bought them bc I work on a laptop and need to protect my eyes and prevent headaches. So i do not reccomend this website

Placed an order; did not receive a confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, they replied super fast, I have to say, but when the items arrived I was sad to see that the shirt was massive, and clearly not a correct, normal size S. It turns out you can´t return items and fully have to take over all shipping costs. Should have checked before. Hope I can prevent people from making the same mistake. Would not order again.

Ordered sunglasses 3 MONTHS AGO and they only just arrived today with the box crushed. Surprised that the sunglasses aren't bent Not worth the money, don't buy from here

horrible customer service. they always write in spanish (i wrote them in english). reply-time is also extremely slow. i ordered a watch which showed very poor quality. after some month of wearing almost the complete gold-color is gone. they give a guarantee on mechanically-issues. would not order again.

Ordered sunglasses in January, just received them today (August!) Glasses are of ok quality but will definitely never buy again from them

I ordered a pair of glasses. Fell apart apart within a month. Minimal use, rarely left the car. Cheaply made. Doubt I would get a refund.
