I bought a pair of sneakers from this brand about a year ago. The only good thing about them was that they were pretty, because otherwise they're useless!!! I've worn them very few times because I have so many others. Besides hurting my feet the first few times I wore them, they're all coming apart on both sides. Poor quality, far below normal for footwear at this price.

Defective boots due to manufacturing fault. They were stitch incorrectly. I communicate the customer service from the first day and the response was unacceptable slow. One month later they did not accepted making me a refund and covering the delivery costs to return the boots back since it was their fault. I spent a lot of energy and making numerous reminders to make them reply to the emails. VERY BAD customer service. After more than a month I had not choice rather than returning the boots back and claiming delivery costs which up until today I did not receive the delivery costs. Not to mentioned that they arrive 1 konth later. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

I bought two pairs of shoes (the Vibla model), and both developed the same issue after only a few months of use: the upper mesh started to tear. I wear the shoes carefully and not on a daily basis, so this kind of damage is unacceptable. When I contacted customer service to request a return or refund, my claim was rejected. Be aware that while the shoes look good, the build quality is far below what I would expect for this price.

Honestly never experienced anything like this in my life. After waiting six weeks for delivery with minimal responses from D Franklin the shoes arrived faulty since this time three weeks has passes and ive sent a total 18 emails to them asking for a return shipping label and after only 3 emails back from them trying to make me keep the shoes for half the price ive had nothing since im now trying to pursue this through my bank I would not recommend this company for a million pound! They are utterly horrendous

Extremely disappointed They are SCAMMERS. Unfortunately, a very bad experience with D. Franklin. There is no chance I would ever buy anything from them again. I placed my order over two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been delivered, not have I received any concrete information about its status. They charged me, but the money has not been refunded. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times, but responses are very slow or completely absent. Never again, and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I cannot stress this enough, do not shop with this company. Item will never arrive and they will NOT refund and try and have you track down the package yourself. A scam of a company. Terrible experience and I don't often leave reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Ik kreeg een zonnebril voor mijn verjaardag met een bonus bril cadeau. Ze pasten niet goed, dus allebei terug gestuurd. Foto van gemaakt van 2 doosjes in een doos. De brillen zaten daarin. Nog wel aan gedacht om van de inhoud ook een foto te maken, maar dacht nog dat het zover toch niet zou komen. Maar D.Franklin zegt dat één van de twee niet in het doosje zat en nu betalen ze niks terug. Totaal gelogen en ze binnen het volhouden. Zo verdien je dus minstens twee keer op je verkoop. Mooi business model! KOOP HIER NOOIT WAT!!

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 13th, and as of today (January 1st), according to the status, it has not even been shipped. For my customer inquiries, I only receive delaying responses instead of my actual order.

I ordered the Nordic Trk Fur Gradient Black boots during the Black Friday sale, and this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. It took over 10 days for my package to show up, and when it finally did, the boots inside were completely wrong—not even close to what I ordered. Customer service was absolutely useless. They took forever to respond, and by the time they bothered to get back to me, the boots I paid for were already sold out. Instead of offering a real solution—like making sure I actually get the item I ordered—they told me to return the incorrect boots and that I’d get a gift card only after they received the return. So not only did they screw up my order, but they also put the burden on me to fix their mistake and then made me wait even longer for a refund. No effort to make it right. No apology that meant anything. No attempt to prioritize a customer they blatantly inconvenienced. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s careless, unorganized, and shows a complete disregard for customers. After this experience, I will never recommend ordering from them, and I honestly regret ever giving them my money in the first place.

Was advertised to me in Australia on a social media platform. I bought them 1 month before I went on holiday thinking I had ample time for have them delivered. They sat in the NETHERLANDS for weeks before arriving and by that time I had gone on holiday without them. To add insult to injury when I returned home to the post office to pick them up they had been returned to sender the day before. Ffs

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Well, I started this review in capital letters but looks like everybody has the same problem. I paid 50EUR for 2 sunglasses but it's been 27 days and they never arrived. They once sent me an email that the product was on my country's customs and it may take up to 90 days until the customs release it. However, little did they know that I work on the damn customs and the item never arrived. Then they sent me an email that they are investigating and they've been silent for a week now. Anyway, never been scammed before in my life and it feels weird and funny. STAY AWAY!

I ordered 2 x pairs of sunglasses and they never arrived. The "tracking" showed that the parcel never made it to Australia and that I didn't receive it. They asked me to fill in an affidavit so the original postal service could investigate. I did. Oh turns out a digital signature wasn't good enough. They offered no support, made no effort to investigate the issue, and refused a refund. I had to contact my bank to try and obtain a refund, it's still pending. Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs. Terrible customer service and you don't get the products you paid hundreds of dollars for.
