In their general conditions, they first state that this: "All prices shown are final prices, expressly including the Value Added Tax (VAT) in those cases that apply, notwithstanding that the user will at all times have detailed information of the price of the product." This for me and probably for every customer is enough insurance that there will be no further costs than the actual price and the shipping costs. IF that would be the case then, of course, i thought they would inform me. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up paying 27.10 swiss francs (approximately 23 euros) for custom taxes (which they also state - almost at the end of their general conditions - that they won't come up with these fees. When i advised them to either put that in front of the "All prices shown are final prices..." and that they should obviously warn to customers before they purchase anything they said "All it's indicated on the website to the known of our customer" This may be the case but hidden in the general conditions way after "All prices shown are the final prices...". So i ended up paying for 4 sunglasses 120 swiss francs (about 110 Euros) for their 2x1 deal. Proper rip-off, especially because the quality of the sunglasses are about the same quality as the ones you can purchase on your holidays at the beach. Therefore i would recommend everyone NOT to purchase anything from this site.

This website sucks! Don’t order anything from here. Ordered glasses a long time ago and still haven’t received them. Says they have been in NYC since Jan 6.

The Color isn't the same from the picture at the website! Return costs will be assumed by the customer!!! 15€ for that! Never ever again!

Bought sunglasses, payed and never received. Customer service is the worst I ever seen! Such a disappointment! Payed 40€ for sunglasses I never received. I am feeling totally frustrated and angry. Already sent several emails, and the only think they do is to blame Seur (the delivery company) which by the way is even worse.

Bought an Item, payed and never recieved. Customer service is the worst I ever seen! Such a disappointment! Payed 50€ for boots I never recieved. Never got my money back because they claim my pacakage is sent, and even if it were, they never tried to find it. Now I had to involve PayPal in hope to recieve my money back!

The items I bought were to small and low quality for the price I paid, I want a refund but they ask me to pay the shipment that is pretty expensive from my country. They are a total fraud.

Horrible quality of shoes, the broke instantly after first try. Horrible communication with company and even they promise after one month of mailing to send me back 50% of price the still didn't sent it to me back. Would never buy again!!!

I've order a pair of boots one month ago and they still haven't arrived. I've try to get some information from them and they don't know anything. I consider my money lost. I will never order from them again!

Crappy quality glasses, scratch way to easily even with the pouch. For all those who want refunds because goods were not as described of never came. Just complain to paypal or your credit card company. They will refund you and get the money back from seller!

I ordered a backpack which was kid size and not as on the pictures. Also the shoes were to small ! For return I had to pay 15€ for shipping to Spain. Now after 3 months the package came back because they didn’t accepted it from the post man

I orderd sunglasses but never received them. It was nearly impossible to reach customer support. They said it was not their fault. Still no money returned or product received. Has been half a year now!

They only allow 14 days to return products, so I would have to pay over $50aud to get it back in time. The glasses are kids sized, and they seem like crappy materials.

I bought some sunglasses from this company and they had a 2 for 1 deal on, which was great. the 2nd pair were sat in a drawer for a while so were left in a secure place. I eventually wore them a few times and unfortunately the screw failed and they kept falling apart on the bridge. I soon realised that the screw inlet had failed and effectively the small screw was just falling out of the hole. No issue, I thought I could send some pictures to them and I'd get a quick solution like most modern online companies. Instead they asked me for endless more pictures and receipts etc etc. Basically making it impossible to return damaged or faulty glasses. Such a scam. I wont be wearing their products anymore. Awful company.

I ordered the shipment to Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. They said it would take 10 days. Then, after 16 days they said my order had been waiting for me in parcel pickup in Burgas, Bulgaria which is 1 hour away from my address. Ok I was ready to go to Burgas and take my order BUT nobody knew an address of pickup center and nobody cared about that. They got their money and we’re laying a big D**K on whether it’s delivered or not. Horrible service!
