“Bought 2 pairs in june. Now it's december and there's still no trace. Customer support is not helpful, kept telling me to wait and finally stopped responding. No refund or information at all. Very disappointed. Do not buy from them!”

“Ordered two pairs in September and not received anything 4-6 weeks later so I’ve contacted the customer service team via email and had over 20 responses ‘we are looking into it’. I then learned that they ha supposedly delivered it- they tried to blame address but I showed them the address was correct and requested proof the delivery company has made the drop off... this was 4 weeks ago and despite me asking for contact numbers, manager names or the delivery company details they have not yet resolved this. D.Franklin even asked me to hand write a letter confirming there was no delivery. 3 months later and they are refusing refund and refusing to give me telephone numbers or managers names to escalate this further. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- ITS A SCAM!! Read the other reviews and you will see this is not the first time either.”

“Ordered sunglasses in July via their webstore and have not seen sunglasses nor money back. Customer service is awful....lots of emails back and forth saying they are looking into this. Do not order from website.”

“Do NOT order from this company. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses , spent €70. They said shipping would be 24/72hrs I emailed them 2 weeks later as I still hadn’t received the glasses and they emailed back saying they’d been delivered which in fact they had not been delivered. Money stealing scammers”

“Waiting 45 days for a case resolution. I return a item by post office, have the receipt and prove that the item was deliver 45 days ago and your service tell’s me that the company dont received the item.. how this possible??? And say that the covid 19 is the problem. To send the package no problem with covid 19, but for return money the problem is covid 19?? And to mutch time beetween emails.. this is a good company or a scam??? 45 days??”

“Ordered two sunglasses to the US. What a mistake. naively thinking that I'm the costumer, this company is rolling their responsibly of a failed delivery on me and refuse to refund me! The address I gave was correct, I have showed them proofs! But still, refuse to refund me. Thiefs”

“I returned some shoes as unfortunately they were too small. I returned them on the 10th of August and they were tracked do I could see them arrive several days later. I am still waiting for my refund. Disgraceful service, won't even return my calls or emails.”

“I had ordered two sunglasses. The quality of the glasses was okay. The case was really bad (the material of the "padding" had already come off directly) and the glasses were much bigger than expected. But the experience with the return was really bad. I sent the package back 2 weeks ago (at my own expense, of course) and haven't heard anything about it since. I can only strongly advise against this store. I don't have a product now, paid the return shipping costs and of course didn't get the money for the product back. Seems to be a rip-off.”

“Do not order from this store. Waste of time and money. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses on the 13/07/20, they were shipped on the 31/07/20 and since then tracking has not updated and my order has still not be received. I have contacted customer service to follow up for me with shipping companies to give me further information and they just say check the tracking link (very robotic response) Spend your money somewhere else, horrible service and a waste of time and money.”

“I wish I could put 0 stars. I’ve been waiting 2 months for my sunnies to arrive, I live in Australia. Their customer service is horrible, they answer every 72h, they never come back to you you have to chase them. One of the sunnies was too big and not as the photo. After saying 5 days for an answer they refuse to do refund. The sunnies are really poor quality. DO NOT BUY from them.”

“Pathetic service, more than 2 weeks and no sign of Delivery. They can't afford express shipping and charge you 10$ for shipping with national services. I'm worried the product quality is going to be worse.”

“The worst I Have been waiting for this items for almost 4 and nothing yet the only answer that I get from customer service is because is due the COVID 19 situation which of course I understand but 4 months ? I bought a camera in Hong Kong it took 10 days to arrive so this is ridiculous with the answer of “currier trying to ship to Australia” extremely disappointed I’m still fighting to get my money back”

“Do not buy!! After finally receiving my package after 3.5 months, I’m even more disappointed by the quality. I’ve bought $5 sunnies from Bali which are way better quality and look better, cheap lightweight plastic, and they look terrible. Waste of $90 and over 3 months of my time trying to chase them up, I ended up spending the money on ray bans, so these will never be worn again.”

“Wish there was a 0. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Numerous emails no actual responses apart from the same template email every time. Habe not received items 4 months on and they will not provide refund. Worst ever”
