They sell Chinese size slides and their size guide is EU/UK/US. It is completely misleading, I wear number 40 -41 and the first time I ordered the 41 as in their website they recommend ordering the largest. 41 ended up small so I returned it and I ordered the 42. So 42 came and it is still small! I measured my foot and it is 255 so according to their guide number 40 should have been just fine. Now I need to return the 42 and order 43 which means 20euro plus to the initial price just to return products that their description on the website is wrong. Of course they denied to send me a prepaid label or refund the postage cost.

DON'T SHOPE from D.Franklin! Shoes broke + Super bad consumer care. I bought a pair of shoes from D.Franklin that broke in several places after less than a month. I contacted them and was sure that they would refund me but got the replay that they broke due to "wear and tear"...after a month. So according to them, after a month the product is fully used and ready to throw away basically.

Vorsicht!! Das Paket kommt aus Spanien, Verkäufer muss die Rücksendungkosten selbst übertragen. Ohne Sendungsverfolgung gibt's keine Garantie, dass du das Geld zurück bekommst. Das Paket aus Deutschland kostet 15€. Dazu das Qualität ist Scheisse.

I placed an order by mistake. Sadly, a cancellation was not possible (even though I directly contacted the customer service after the order). After delivery to a parcel shop the package was sent back to D.Franklin by them, because I didn't pick up the package. Since then the package should be back to the premises of D. Franklin since the end of March. I didn't get a refund, the customer service is horrible and I don't think I will ever get my money back. Just don't do it.

Unfortunately I’ve stumbled upon these reviews just after I had ordered 2 sunglasses. Immediately I chose to cancel the order, which is an option you can choose when filling in their contact form. Their reponse is the following: Hello, please, note that the estimated response time is 24 to 48 hours, so your order may not be canceled in time. If the order is sent, our recommendation is that you reject it since the courier will send it back to us. Thank you in advance. Greetings Also in another automated response they even wrote it takes 48 - 72 hours to reply… This is rediculous, after reading their reviews this will likely mean I will have to pay the shipping cost because they weren’t able to cancel it. I believe this is done on purpose as a way of creating a higher barrier for customers to cancel their order.

I ordered a size 39 shoe from this company. The shows are not size 39 - they're a 38 at most. I can barely get my feet into them. When you leave a review or ask them a question about it they say you should check the size guide. They know these shoes are too small and won't make it clear that you should definitely order at least one size up. If not two. I think a size 40 in these might still be too small for me. I measured the shoes - they say on the size guide that the length is 249mm. A standard size 39 instep is 246mm. So you would think its ok. The 249mm is not the instep. It's the absolute maximum length of the sole include the bits that stick at out the toe and heel. This company will respond to bad reviews - they are only concerned about social media - they do not have good quality control.

I have ordered two pair of sunglasses (~60€) a month ago, the money was immeditly deducted from my bank account. I did not get any confirmaton email about the order. I sent 3 emails to get some information but still no answer. Shame on this company, i will turn official authorities!

Very poor sunglasses - based in Barcelona, so if you return them, you have to pay for global shipping avoid !

I ordered a pair of shoes this Black Friday. The courier apparently delivered to a ‘neighbour’ - but I have no Neighbours of that name and I spoke with each and everyone of my Neighbours to double check - a massive waste of time I should never had to have endured - and no one had the shoes. After complaining to D.Franklin and their courier, I was told this was too bad. So basically - do not order online from them as they will deliver to random strangers who will steal your stuff, and apparently D.Franklin are ok with giving your stuff away!

In first i order shoes almost 1 month ago, then i checked some times or they send it, but all the time what i can see is: you order is packed! 1 month just packed ?! seriously? Then i write to customer service and in facebook, but nobody answer. Your service is terible! Per 1 month you cant send order and answer for your client. Absolutely horrendous company. Do NOT order from their webpage or d.Franklin via Amazon. They shouldn't even be allowed to be on Amazon or other platform!

I ordered (DF233837EU) shoes on 27 november and still haven’t got any email that the shoes are on the way. I know nothing about my order except that you took my money... and for what? I demand to send my order immediately or refund the money!

These r the worst shoes ive ever had in my life. I bought them over a year ago and they still give me the WORST blisters. If u wanna throw ur money and buy the worst shoes ever that r gonna make ue feet bleed, go ahead. If i could give them - 18373638284737 stars, I wouldn't bc even that's too high.

Comprei uns ténis, chegaram com defeito (um sapato maior do que o outro), vieram recolher os ténis (abril 2021) para troca e até hoje (09/2021) nao me enviaram uns novos nem devolveram o dinheiro. Não tem conta os inumeros emails que já enviei.

I ordered Roosevelt Model glasses and one screw (from the left endpiece) got lost just a couple weeks after that. No big deal. But when contacting the customer service, they refuse to send me new glasses, as well as THEY REFUSE TO EVEN SEND ME A SCREW! Now they don't respond anymore :D DONT BUY THERE

This customer service so quickly ask if I want my order back and minutes later you no longer guarantee stock. This is when d. Franklin team inform me that you have received my order back and after months (since march) of having to prove that I never received my order. Honestly, I feel that I was not respected as a buyer, the after sales service is slow and doesn't work, after months of waiting to resolve my situation and mistrust I did not feel that my problem and my complaints had importance because I lost count of all the tickets I opened because of the same problem and the d. Franklin team closed without ensuring that my problem was solved.

Like other reviewers, I had also tried to get 2 for 1 on sunglasses. Indeed, as the adagio says "if it sounds too good to be true, it is probably a scam". An order was placed and no delivery ever arrived at its destination. Worse yet, the contact email address listed on the invoice turned out to be a No_reply email address. After several searches, I found myself on a customer support service based in Spain. The result: no useful assistance and no refunds were issued. This is precisely the reason why people end up buying only from websites like Amazon or the like instead of venturing to deal with vendors whose low customer traffic doesn't lead to bad standards.

They have a terribly shitty return policy. They have sent me a poor quality product (ordered actually two sunglasses, one of them was totally good, to be noted) so I asked them to send me a new one in the right condition. Instead of doing so, they asked me to totally break the sunglasses into pieces, as this is their policy. I refused, as I have given those sunglasses (basically usable ones) to one of my friends, who just can't afford such things. So in the end, they refused to send the quality checked, proper sunglasses. And hey, what about sustainability and customer service? Within the emails I've exchanged with them, they could not even get my name. They should employ proper english speaking personnel when communicating with customers. D.Franklin, if you are reading this, you should definitely check your quality assurane and customer support teams ;) Because of their services, I do not recommend anyone to buy products from them. They just don't deserve it.

The products are good. However, the complete support is extremely disappointing. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses, they arrived after 5 weeks of delivery (I had to ask several times for them to be sent at all). Of these, 2 glasses were unfortunately too small for me, so I decided to send them back at my own expense. You then have to send them back to Spain at your own expense, which costs about 15 euros by DHL. After 3 weeks still no answer came, I wrote several times to the customer support. After the 3rd mail came the answer that the glasses arrived damaged and therefore no refund could be made. Without proof photos, without sending the glasses back to me. The glasses were simply retained, so that I am now stuck with the 40 euros costs plus 15 euros shipping. What is still to be noted that the support answered me partly in Spanish, not even in English. I will never order from this company again and also advise anyone not to do so.
