Like other reviewers, I had also tried to get 2 for 1 on sunglasses. Indeed, as the adagio says "if it sounds too good to be true, it is probably a scam". An order was placed and no delivery ever arrived at its destination. Worse yet, the contact email address listed on the invoice turned out to be a No_reply email address. After several searches, I found myself on a customer support service based in Spain. The result: no useful assistance and no refunds were issued. This is precisely the reason why people end up buying only from websites like Amazon or the like instead of venturing to deal with vendors whose low customer traffic doesn't lead to bad standards.

Paid for items in full have received nothing 6 weeks later have no phone line to call and generic not responses from there website stay away at all costs

They have a terribly shitty return policy. They have sent me a poor quality product (ordered actually two sunglasses, one of them was totally good, to be noted) so I asked them to send me a new one in the right condition. Instead of doing so, they asked me to totally break the sunglasses into pieces, as this is their policy. I refused, as I have given those sunglasses (basically usable ones) to one of my friends, who just can't afford such things. So in the end, they refused to send the quality checked, proper sunglasses. And hey, what about sustainability and customer service? Within the emails I've exchanged with them, they could not even get my name. They should employ proper english speaking personnel when communicating with customers. D.Franklin, if you are reading this, you should definitely check your quality assurane and customer support teams ;) Because of their services, I do not recommend anyone to buy products from them. They just don't deserve it.

The products are good. However, the complete support is extremely disappointing. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses, they arrived after 5 weeks of delivery (I had to ask several times for them to be sent at all). Of these, 2 glasses were unfortunately too small for me, so I decided to send them back at my own expense. You then have to send them back to Spain at your own expense, which costs about 15 euros by DHL. After 3 weeks still no answer came, I wrote several times to the customer support. After the 3rd mail came the answer that the glasses arrived damaged and therefore no refund could be made. Without proof photos, without sending the glasses back to me. The glasses were simply retained, so that I am now stuck with the 40 euros costs plus 15 euros shipping. What is still to be noted that the support answered me partly in Spanish, not even in English. I will never order from this company again and also advise anyone not to do so.

Bitte nicht bestellen. Habe eine total demolierte Ware bekommen und sehe es nicht ein die Schuhe von meinen Kosten versichert nach SPANIEN zu schicken. Ne vernünftige Antwort bekommt man nicht nur drei mal der Hinweis WIE man zurücksenden kann. Danke, das weiß ich selbst :-)

Very unhappy with their service - I order 2 sets of glasses on March 27th and today May 7th I have still not received my delivery. I have contacted customer service numerous times with no satisfaction who are now asking me to go to my local post office to get a form signed to prove I didn't receive my order which is absolutely ridiculous when the tracking link clearly states my order has not been delivered! I will never order from them again and I would advise others to are considering to not also.

Ordered and payed 22/2/2021 and the goods never came! Today 19/4/2021 (ORDER DF140898EU ). I have asked for refund 3 times via e-mail still nothing! I had placed an order on 26th February. it haw been almost two months and I have tried to contact them and ask details for my order. They always reply with an automatic message , giving no information , claiming the covid situation. I have asked for a refund and once again they ignored me. I am afraid that it is a scam and that I ve lost the money. in addition their customer service is non existant.

Dreadful customer service, I'd say it's automated because there's zero interest in resolving any cases. Waited weeks for my order and received minimal contact. Products are good when they arrive but its not worth the hassle. AVOID.

Customer service is really bad and my two sunglasses are going for a month now here in Europe. I live 1000km away from their shop and it takes to reach us more than a month?? That's ridiculous. And they state on their website that delivery time is 6-10 business days. The customer service is bad as they give no info, just basic answers and they reply every 48 hours.

Horrible, horrible experience! Not just bad quality of materials but also customer service Ordered 3 pairs of boots. One of them literally fell apart after 2!!! months of wear. Seams got loose, holes on the sides, cracking and all. I got in touch with the customer service, they kept claiming i misused the shoes and wore them in snow and made them wet and they molded and so on which was not true at all. I literally walked in them on dry city pavements. They refused to refund me and just kept arguing with me it was my fault. It was really an unpleasant ecperience. I have no clue what i could have done to shoes so they go completely wasted after 2 months. This has never happened to me even with cheap shoes from a Chinese market. Also, zero understanding or willingness to help with the issue. Now, the second pair is opening up and a hole on the side is showing. Again, only after 3 months of wear?! I have no words, so disappointed. Definitely do not recommend.

I am living in the United States and ordered shoes on December 22th. The shoes were shipped on December 23th, but the tracktrace said from Spain, Europe. I ordered from the website address https://us.dfranklincreation.com and the shipping amount was $ 7.99, this gives the impression that the products are shipped from the United States. The shoes arrived on February 8th! ALL my shoes are size 39 but these shoes are too small. There was no recommendation on the website that D. Franklin shoes are smaller and you should therefore order a size larger than normal. I wanted to return the shoes, but the shoes have to be returned to Spain on your own expense, which turns out to be 66 dollars !!! This is almost as expensive as the shoes themselves! I think it is very misleading that nowhere on the website, the order confirmation, or the proof of shipment is stated that returns must be sent to Spain !! I sent an email to the customer service and asked for a solution, but they only referred to the General Conditions..

NO COMPREN AQUÍ! NO ENTREGAN LOS PEDIDOS!! Pedí el 13 de diciembre 2020 (hace más de 1 mes) el pedido número DF29683MX y Nadie me contesta! No me dan respuesta y me mandan puros correos automatizados. Es increíble que no puedan tener una persona que de servicio a cliente.

So I purchaced pair of glasses on 16 november and now, 30 december I still don’t have my order. They told me it was a missunderstanding because the package arrived in Russia and it was a delay there. I am writing mails to them for 2 weeks and they don’t respond to any. They told me last week that the package will arrive in the following days....a big lie. I think I will contact my consumer protection agency.
