“DHGate is a portal for a variety of companies. Some are great and some a crooks. DHgate is there to support their sellers so when something goes wrong then you have very little chance of a refund. I ordered a product and paid $35 for express shipping so I could get the item in 5 days as a gift. That was 11 weeks ago. Customer Service say its still in transit and will do nothing to help. This is a company you DO NOT want to do business with.”

“I ordered a custom St. Louis Battlehawks Jersey. They said it shipped and even provided a tracking number that isn’t working. DHgate is nothing more than a steal your money scam. I have sent countless emails to them, with one response. They expect me to log in to the account. I told them it wouldn’t allow me to do that. I sent copies of my order and the tracking number that they provided, which should have been plenty for them to find out when my order is. All I am asking for is that the jersey I paid for be sent to me or, refund my money. I wouldn’t suggest that anyone do business with these scam artists.
