“Awful experience buying from a company called Eunorau via DHgate. Seller makes a point of stating they will pay all import duty to UK & other countries but after my item was delivered to my home address in UK, I received a bill from FedEx for £83 import duty on my order and the seller wouldn't pay it. DHgate don't respond to my emails and very limited in choice when trying to raise a complaint. Absolute rip-off and will avoid in the future.”

“Sellers on this site are definitely scammers I ordered twice and I had problem with them for both items. I never received them and the main problem is they referred us directly to seller for an agreement for refund that is stupid there’s no agreement for that!!!!!! Definitely it is a SCAM”

“used it on two separate occasions, different sellers each time. The first item (earrings) arrived looking nothing like the photo and terrible quality - no response to any of my emails. The second item (shoes) never arrived at all but I was able to get a refund for this one.”

“I purchased a pair of tailgate struts for the lift back of my car. They were shipped from China. When they were arrived they were not the same length as the original (they were supposed to be for my car). However I installed them and found they would not let open all the way and when extended would not hold it open. I sent a message to the company selling it and got no response. So I then contacted DHgate after two weeks. No response. I did follow their instructions by first try contact the seller. Then I filled out the form required by DHgate including pictures of the the old struts next to those sent to me as replacement. I got no response from DHgate and it has been a week and a half. I have been a member of the original and better known site like DHgate since it's inception and all the years I have had few problems and if I did it was taken care of by the seller with the knowledge that the company would take care of a problem if the seller did not. This was my first and last experience using DHgate.”

“The dress shipped looked NOTHING like the one in the picture. They have refused to provide a return address so i can return the product. They have been very slow to respond and insist that I made an error in choosing the color. The color is not my only dispute. Stay away from this company!!!!! They are VERY difficult to deal with.”

“Don’t use this company- Goods I purchased still haven’t arrived- the seller canceled the tracking number & they won’t supply a new tracking number- WARNING- WARNING!! There so called “CUSTOMER SERVICE “ is non-existent””

“So after not receiving my item within 30 days (actually almost 50 days), as "guaranteed", I requested a refund. Well, the seller tried to get out of refunding me by getting me to pick "Item Received", promising to reimburse me "within 24". DO NOT DO THAT! That's a scam. I opened a dispute and again, the seller tried to get me to change the reason to "intercepted by customs", which is another lie and would make me responsible for paying for the item. It is only after I threatened to give him a bad review that he finally agreed to refund me. And that will now take 15-20 days. Probably longer because of the Chinese festival. So the bottom line is yes, you will get your money back eventually, but not without them trying to scam you first.”

“You know it's funny because people read these reviews and they still purchase through this website that's the world we live in nowadays we're people ignore common sense Common Sense will tell you to not spend another dime until they fix these issues between the seller and the distributor we as customers have to stop giving scammers our money. I caught a flight to China and it only took around 13 hours so why the hell do I have to wait 2 months for a product? Common sense says run away and stop ignoring a slap in the face when you get one”

“cost me only $44.00 for this lesson. Do not walk away from DHGate. RUN Vendor responded that my order was out of stock. Recomended a replacement that did not make sense. Asked for refund, DHGate, no help. told me to contact seller. They stopped responding a long time ago. Las Vegas is a better place to spend the money. DWL”

“I was lured to buy a replica fabric fake bag for $57 (Order NO:3169979953) by the description Seller put in the listing but turned out what I received was totally different from the photos. Nothing like the real bags. Very poor quality and fake. Seller NEVER responded to my message about my return request. I tried to report this issue to DHgate as they said that they offer "Customer Protection" for customers who have problem with their purchase. DHgate just ignored me in the end the same way as the seller, even I provided pictures of the poorly made fake items I received, DHgate did nothing to help but kept giving excuses that my provided evidences were irrelevant to prove the seller's fault. DHgate is a BIG SCAMMER! NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!!!!”
