“There are things you need to know before you buy. 1) any designer goods on there are replicas/ fake 2) only shop with sellers with good scores 3) use size charts for every clothing items 4) shoes are hit and miss on size and quality 5) the only way to get help for issues/ refunds is filling a dispute and following up on it 6) sellers have 4 weeks to ship, and it takes additional 3 to 8 weeks to get to you”

“Constant issues trying to make payments. I verified funds available and correct billing address on card. Bank advised they never received a payment attempt and card works elsewhere. DHgate customer support is adamant that it's being declined, but this has happened several times and clearly an issue on their end.”

“Terrible company. Order something was shorted almost 30 of our 140 items. Filed dispute which got me nowhere. Was finally told by the seller they would ship me the rest and 13 days have passed; no tracking given to me, no response to my messages and to make it worse customer service refuses to help me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and it’s appauling they can treat a paying customer this way!!
