“There are things you need to know before you buy. 1) any designer goods on there are replicas/ fake 2) only shop with sellers with good scores 3) use size charts for every clothing items 4) shoes are hit and miss on size and quality 5) the only way to get help for issues/ refunds is filling a dispute and following up on it 6) sellers have 4 weeks to ship, and it takes additional 3 to 8 weeks to get to you”

“DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! COSTUME LOOKED NOTHING LIKE PICTURE BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL COPY AND PASTED FROM OTHER WEBSITES. CRAZY. TOOK ME FOUR MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. BUYER BEWARE!!!”

“If I could do zero stars I would. Received the wrong head and they are making it a nightmare to try and return the item. They would not give me an address to return and then said that they will only return it through a certain shipping company also they may not refund the money spend on it.”

“What a scam! I couldn’t reach a human to get my order straight after a return so they had my money and the dress I needed for my daughters wedding. I waited and tried to contact a representative for 3 1/2 months! Finally took my complaint to Visa who refunded my purchase. I hope the word gets out not to trust dhgate.com their website runs you in circles...Never again!!!”

“Constant issues trying to make payments. I verified funds available and correct billing address on card. Bank advised they never received a payment attempt and card works elsewhere. DHgate customer support is adamant that it's being declined, but this has happened several times and clearly an issue on their end.”

“I made a big mistake when I bought a phone from China. Do not make the same mistake, and you will never leave the phone. No guarantee that you will get it, no one is answering to the mum. The phone is locked and does not leave”

“I had ordered 3 pairs of sneakers and I still have not received them I only received one I left them a email I think they are a scam because u can't even call them over the phone they need to give me my shoes that I ordered or I'ma sew dh gate for all the money no wonder why my boyfriend says read the reviews before u order something now I don't even order stuff from this site I only order from wish cause it comes in two weeks and sometimes earlier they don't try to scam u and u get a tracker u can go to order history and click the botton that says where is my package and it shows u on the map how far the truck is from u it's very good site but dh gate is stupid”

“Terrible company. Order something was shorted almost 30 of our 140 items. Filed dispute which got me nowhere. Was finally told by the seller they would ship me the rest and 13 days have passed; no tracking given to me, no response to my messages and to make it worse customer service refuses to help me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and it’s appauling they can treat a paying customer this way!! Do not use this company for anything!!”

“DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Of I could give them less than a zero rating, I would. They took my money and said they would notify me when my order shipped. I never heard from them and they won't respond to my emails. They're THIEVES!!!”

“I ordered basketball and football jerseys twice, a total of 5 jerseys. Both times took about 6 to 7 weeks, which I expected because they come from China. I have read mostly bad reviews. In my case the jerseys were great quality. They look and feel like jerseys that cost hundreds of dollars. Customer service is nonexistent. But I will continue to order jerseys, probably nothing else though.”

“Absolute scam ordered a watch came faulty wanted a refund on this they send you round in circles ask for evidence you send it and they say they are awaiting further evidence absolute joke scam scam scam I could go to China and show them they would still want more proof never get a refund on this.”
