3 attempts to receive a un-broken display. Delayed installation and specifically spoke with reps prior to placing the order on concerned packaging based off existing reviews.

I ordered my product in August trusting i would make the "10 day print and shipment promise date". Each day i begged if my artwork was approved. 10 days later i was called and told that my order wouldn't ship until almost 20 days after i ordered the product.

We ordered our display back on October 5th and it shipped October 8th... We still have not gotten our screens after spending$10300... I have called a few times and no one can give me an answer other than 'we can see where they got loaded onto the truck's.

I received the box with no damage on the outside and lots of damage on the item so they clearly just sent me a damaged item. The top of the display case was not connected to the other three sides. There were two large cracks in the wood on the top and there was also a significant dent on the front. The customer service rep was nice about it but I am still waiting on a refund. The item wasn?t inexpensive, so I expected better.

Our furniture arrived on time, but we ran into many problems with it. Upon opening the packaging, the smell was a horrific chemical smell and I honestly thought my house was burning because I could smell it from upstairs. The packaging was missing several screws and a wooden dowel pin. Also several holes were either drilled incorrectly or not drilled at all. We managed to put it together with some tools we had in our garage but the doors don't close and you have to push hard on the drawers. This was an awful product and experience. Never again .

The glass on one of the doors was chipped. The parts were longer than they should have been, many of the pieces were bowed. The instructions were terribly written with many spelling errors. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my purchase.

I didn't have any contact with customer service, so this rating should not reflect that anyone was less than helpful or anything. It's just that the description at the time of purchase said the "lens" (which I'd never heard this term before) as protective from uv rays, etc., and I just assumed it was glass. The current description, since I purchased it, NOW says acrylic, and shatter-resistant. Had it said even just "shatter-resistant," I would have realized it was not glass. I guess I was looking for a good place to buy ready-made frames since Aaron Bros. went out of business. I'm an artist and I tend to be economical by buying ready-made frames rather than custom frames if I can help it.

We were extremely disappointed in the cardboard shelving units. The cardboard was somewhat warped, the tabs to be inserted in the slots were only 1/4" long and would not hold. after about an hour we got one somewhat together, but the shelves were flimsy. we called and were told a return shipping label would be e-mailed to us and our shipping would be refunded along with the price of the shelves. several hrs later, we received an e-mail from the guy and it sounds as tho' he was re-nigging. We told him if he did we would go on every from of social media and tell everyone what we think of the product;

We placed an order with them and we had to replace the same thing twice and the third time we just gave up because it was yet again broken. We ordered a flag display case, first time came broken, second time came broken and busted in three pieces, and the third came scratched up.

I placed an order and paid via my credit card and paid for 3 day shipping services. Several days later, instead of receiving the items, I received an email saying that I have to wire transfer the amount! W.T.F?! Aren't we in 2019 yet?!

If it wasn't for our local FedEx office, I never would have received my order. None of your people did what they said they would. I never received any notice that after three months my back ordered item was even back in stock, and that it had shipped and multiple delivery attempts had been made. then I called and asked to have the items held at the FedEx store for me to pick up. I was told only a supervisor could do this and I would receive a call when I could pick it up at a FedEx store across town. It was released, no one called to let me know and it was not at the store I was told it would be. Your customer service leaves a very bad impression of your organization.

Tracking info was never uploaded or communicated. Whats the point of telling me I cam track my shipment when all of says is info unavailable. Called to make sure it was arriving when they said. They changed the day it would be delivered amd I had to call to find that out. They said it wasnt their fault. I own multimple businesses and this one has its priorities not in order

I find it hilarious and ridiculous at the same time that you would ask for a review for items I have not even received. I placed my order on Oct 8 with expedited shipping and STILL have not received it on Oct 18. I have spoken to no less than 4 people at your company and NO ONE has been helpful. Its the same song and dance of "well its shipping out from a different vendor and we have to wait to hear from them". I will think twice about ordering from Displays2Go again.

Customer service is a nightmare. Doesn?t respond to emails. Product damaged during shipping and it?s been over a week with no reply. #WEB102223089 Spend $2300+ for nothing!

The legs of my display arrived Thursday 3/14/19, but the rest of it never showed. I contacted Fedex the same day -- I really hope it shows on Monday since I need the rest of the parts for a show.

Placed an order, confirmation said it would ship the next day. Order shipped the next day. 4 days later, on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, i received an email saying that one of the 3 items was out of stock. The items were for a trade show that started Tuesday. Now at the 11th hour I had to find replacements (thank god for amazon). I told the agent to cancel the out of stock items. He chose to cancel the whole order and contact FedEx to NOT deliver the balance of the order. So waiting in the trade show booth for the item to be delivered, I tracked it to see it was being returned to shipper. I contacted the agent again, he said he could ship out the items that were being returned, overnight. The next day, one of the 2 remaining items was delivered. Still no sign of the 3rd item, and no response from the company. I will be disputing any charges with my credit card company.

Inadequate Packaging They shipped us an inadequately packaged locker that arrived damaged. Their solution was not to replace the item, but to offer a discount for us to accept a damaged product. This is the second locker company that has done the exact same thing. I'd have paid double the shipping cost to have the product properly packaged. VERY disappointing.
