The product seems to have been used. It had Christmas tinsel and glitter on it. It had a few snags and seemed to need to be dry cleaned upon arrival. I will not use your services again and highly recommend others not to use your services.

What good is a display when there is no ridge to place things on? it actually is not good for anything. Even a lap top would just slid off.

1. I expected a heavy metal base, like I have in my old displays that will stand against the wind. 2. The wire cages were all bend.

I ordered 2 sets of display stand.. the 1st one looked okay. So we dis not open the 2nd one right away until this morning. Which is 2 months already after the purchase. Saw the display holder with big chipped off paint :( no way to repair it or cover it. And i cant return the item since its been 2 months. I took pictures of it while we were unboxing it.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased on line. It is made a press board. Half the screws were missing, the bottom board had not been drilled, and the draws did not work properly. It is not worth the price.

Completely dishonest business practices. Offered a specific date of delivery and after payment was made informed that the delivery would be delayed quite a bit even with extra payment for speedy delivery. After canceling was charged more than the item purchased. Filing a formal complaint.

I had purchased this instead of one that cost the same from another company but the other companies shipping cost was extremely high. I had to re-nail all but one of the shelves and three of the supports. Pay the higher shipping cost and get a much better quality one.

I was highly disappointed with this order. When the driver delivered the box he removed it from the pallet and placed the boxes against a wall. A few days later we moved the boxes to build the mobile dry erase board to find one of the boxes completely empty and the other box with a large damage to it. We were able to build the mobile dry erase board due to the need for a training starting today, but the back area has a damage to it. If it was not for the fact that we needed it I would have returned the board.

Your production timeline (16 days for Trade show kit) is double that of many of your online competitors. Then, add to this, your design team's communicated (and in practice) response time is up to 48 hours. Absolutely unacceptable in a company that has, on their homepage, the following customer service statement, "We pride ourselves on a large staff of live customer service representatives available to process orders and answer product questions. Our on-site design team can quote and prototype custom POP and retail display concepts in days. Having a source to quickly obtain custom graphics can really help any business excel." Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a hanging brochure holder with business card holder in front. I was not aware it was 2 separate parts that are taped together. The tape doesnt hold. I have been picking my business cards up out of the floor for days now. It seems like it will hold then I come in and they are down again.

ordered display case, poor packing and received already broken.I called customer service and they requested picture of the broken case which i send them immediately but after that no responce. I do not recommend this site.

This product was terrible. The design shown on the picture vs. what I got was two different things. I can't event use all the hooks for glasses since some of them create such a different angle, not uniform. Was expecting much more quality bases on the price I paid for this product. Will not use this company again.

Delivery driver was rude, instructions were missing from the paper and had to guess with half of it. Had to be taken apart several times because of the terrible instruction manual. Still not finished. Instructions didn?t even mention the locking cabinet. Tried YouTube and found a video about putting the case together, but video was useless. The track was put together differently between your video and the manual that was given to me. Tried taking the track apart to put it as it should be, causing it to break. Terrible product. Can?t even work as intended because of the rail. Never buying from again. Not worth the hassle.

The wood frames I ordered came damaged and the glass was broken. They sent me a replacement order that also arrived damaged. I have contacted them multiple times and sent pictures of the damaged goods, but I get no reply. I am very disappointed with their customer service and the poor quality of their products.

I paid $35 for two day delivery. Took 3 days, there are other vendors with similar product, chose you due to promised delvery date. Time cost me money. The I chatted online with your chat rep who promised a full refund. Have not heard back as they promised. Unhappy customer over here

I didn't get all the parts in my original order. I reported the missing part and you attempted to send the missing part but you sent the same part I already had. I have been waiting several weeks and I am now working with service representatives to get the missing part. I have sent photos to show the part I am missing. Investigation is underway to identify, retrieve, send and deliver the missing part. I am frustrated. The representatives are nice, but nice only goes so far. If I don't get the part resolved this coming week, I will ask for my money back. I will send back all the stuff after I see the credit on my card. I save all of the shipping boxes. I hope this gets resolved - I have spent a lot of time on getting this resolved. Grant Ruesch 303-517-0554
