When I ordered my iPad stand, the website advertised that the stand I chose would fit an iPad Air 3rd Generation. When it arrived, I set it up at my open house only to find it does not fit an iPad of that model. Displays2go will provide a return receipt but there is a $15 return fee, and I have the hassle of finding a new box since I was sure this product would be a fit due to the website specs. Disappointed both at the misrepresentation and the hassle/cost of a return.

Product is ok. Did not disclose i have to pay custom on the purchase. Very disappointed. Now my purchase cost almost 30% up. It is better to disclose extra fees upfront.

Display stand is not heavy enough. Easily tipped over.

You need to check to make sure the glass doors roll freely. Two of my cabinets have bad rollers and do not slide open.

October 7 we were to have been sent a replacement top for one that did not fit. We have yet to receive it.

I ordered patio heaters from these people on 9/11, said it was 7 days out. Obviously I was going to be patient with Covid. When I called today, almost 3 weeks since I ordered, telling me it's now 3-4 months out. Thanks for nothing!

When I ordered the product it said next day shipping. 2 weeks later no product. I reached out via email no response for 5 days. I called closed for the holiday. When I got an email back, they said they would have to check then no response. I emailed letting them know I had to go a different route and to cancel my order. I finally got an explanation, the supplier didnt have enough of the item to fulfill my order. I then reiterated to cancel my order. Then I received an email about my cancellation. So this email thanking me for my order leaves me a little uneasy that my order was actually cancelled?

Item didn't show it was on back order until I had made the purchase. After there was no update on when the item(s) should ship, let alone arrive. So, I called and they said it would be 17 days until I saw them, 21 days later, still no frames...

This frame was horribly made. It came with the corner cracked/broken and the plastic seemed too small/cut incorrectly.

The Hat dsiplay product is great, but I highly resent the fact that you haven't given me an option to stop your adVERTISING SPAM FROM COMING TO MY EMAIL. IT'S OFFENSIVE. DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE. If you do I will never order from you again & will spreAD THE WORD WITH OTHER vendors. Cynthia Townsend

I ordered this item on May 22, 2020. today is June 5, 2020. I came to know this order is not even shipped. i tried calling several times it is taking 50-60min before i get to speak to someone. I ended up speaking to john on June 1st he told me my item will be shipping next day but even after 5 more days he told me it is still not shipped. I am very disappointed.

How about a No Star!!! It was late delivery over 3 weeks. No Allen key an more importantly NO CLEAR SNEEZE SCREEN ATTACHED TO THE ROLLER. So surprised at displays 2go done business in the past with good results. I?m going to give this order a pass because of COVID-19 And cooperative customer service

My order is WEB102583791. I got the poster displays and 2 were missing bases and one was missing hardware. Still waiting to get that and i'm still waiting for the rest of my order that never showed up.

Sent via ridiculous route (MA to MO to NY), blue protective covering hard to remove?very hard. Customer service slow to respond and totally tone deaf. A good company to avoid.
