While I have no complaints with the products themselves, the packaging and shipping practices are horrible. 70" long cases were shipped on 60" pallets, leaving the ends of the cabinets exposed. We ordered four cabinets, three came damaged. Virtually no care was taken with the packaging of the fragile cabinets. I will look for other options before ordering through this company again.

Acrylic raffle drum had one foot that was not shaped quite right and the drum would not turn freely . VERY disappointing I then ordered a metal one which o haven't seen yet. I got a refund on the acrylic one except for the 64 dollars I paid for shipping.

I placed an online order early Tuesday morning, I was notified late on Thursday that there was an issue with my account. That two day delay in contacting me cost me an extra $150 in rush shipping charges. The customer service person was indifferent to that fact and unapologetic.

We bought 2 banners for a trade show from them. When I purchased the banners, the website ETA and the customer representative I spoke with on chat both told me there would be plenty of time for the banners to be printed and shipped in time for our show on October 9th 2017. These were purchased on 9/13/2017. 2 days later, I got an email that the artwork was rejected. Our designer followed their design guidelines to the letter, but they had forgotten to add in information about rounded corners...another delay and another CS rep that was just not very accomodating and helpful. We provided the new "fixed" artwork the same day, and I was then told that the ETA was now October 19th (way after the show)! When I called to see what was going on, a rude CS rep told me that I must have not looked at the ETA when I purchased the banners. The whole reason I went with this company was because of their ETA...incredible. She did some digging and finally told me that because China has a holiday the first week of October, all their manufacturers get delayed. She then told me that the manufacturer changed the delivery time and that was why the new ETA was now different... Anyways, they basically told me "tough luck" so they issued a refund and we went somewhere else... Not a great way to do business and I hope other customers didn't have the bad luck / treatment I received. Yann

I had to tape it with electrical tape to make it stay together or it didn?t work.... would not stay connected if I didn?t tape.... which does not make me happy at all !!!!

Delivery was quick. Packaging was top notch. Sizing of the display was 8" off! I had to tape an extra 8" to the display which was made to the size shown on the paperwork that came with it.

Slow, unresponsive. I was ready to order and had a specific deadline. This was of little concern to the reps at Displays2go. After three days of persistent effort on my part, I finally went elsewhere with my purchase.

Products were listed as in-stock on website and then they called to say item was out of stock. They offer to switch me to a similar product which I did. then a few days later they called again to say the 2nd product was out of stock. Had to cancel the order and then go to another vendor and pay rush charges to get the job done in time.

Ordered first week of Feb still no resolution after over a month. Submitted artwork 3 times and each time was told no it didn't work but not how to make it work. the final time I sent it in and no one even responded to tell me the artwork was rejected. So I have been waiting for trade show material to arrive and it never has because no one sent me anything. Process is far too complicated & Terrible communication & terrible customer service. We will now miss our 1st trade show because you spent a month not communicating with me about where we stand with this order. I am outraged at this process and the way we have been dealt with and we will take our business elsewhere after this project even if we have to pay more.

not really sure why your asking me to review. I have not received my product yet. I put in an order that will not be here for 3 months. I had waited a while for the product to come back in stock to purchase. Now I still have to wait another 3 months to receive the product. not great communication. If this product is in such demand keep up. Hopefully when I get the product there will be many more stars posted!!

Worst experience to date. 2 month turnaround time and your art department dropped the ball on my proof for 2 weeks adding to the delay. Update! They are working with me, but still.

I recently opened the package you sent me to prepare for an art show and one of the feet was bent and I could not use that part of the unit

While the customer was above and beyond professional, the product arrived broken. Not once. Not twice. But 3 times. I don?t know if it?s a shipping issue or a packing issue, but having something arrive broken 3 times is unacceptable.

The display case is damaged. The light assembly has blemishes, the bottom of the case has cuts on the base, NOT impressed for the money we spent.

Door came broken upon delivery. I threw out the box already before I checked... so I did not return it. Flimsy product.

Placed an order July 3rd, had zero communication until I called every day starting on the 10th. Order ended up getting canceled.. just a really poor experience, would never recommend to a friend and will never use again.

3 attempts to receive a un-broken display. Delayed installation and specifically spoke with reps prior to placing the order on concerned packaging based off existing reviews.
