Not happy ordered a stand for our office. It was more expensive then most stands on the market but I figured you get what you pay for. Delivery showed up in about 7 days not sure where it came from but 7 days is cool by me. We opened it had a million pieces. So I get it all together to realize they’d hipped me the wrong one. So I contact customer service asking if they can send the right one . I would gladly ship this back. Didn’t hear from anyone for about 1 week I figured I was screwed. So I was trying to make this one work. Frustrated a week later I tried again. They answered but now was part numbers and model numbers in which I told them boxes have been thrown away because there lack on communication the first time. Still no remedy to the situation. I would gladly rewrite this review if they make it right when they make it right. But now I see why so many shop amazon cause it’s hassle free. Returns exchanges are easy.

bad quality frame, hanging wire showed because it was positioned too high. Had to reframe elsewhere.

I ordered 6 of Required Workshop Series 8 x 2 Door Sign w/ Acrylic Plates, Standoffs & Film Sheets – Silver. I have installed over 300 of these in the past in 4 buildings that I manage. This new order came in and the plexiglass had a dark green tint to it. In the past there was a slight green tint. I contacted displays to go and they told me there was a film to remove. I had already removed the film and had experience installing hundreds of these over the last 2 years. Over and over the women on the phone told me about a film to remove. To make her happy, I tried my fingernails, an eraser and finally a razor blade to remove the so called film. I emailed her pictures and explanations. She still insisted there was a film to remove. I was just looking to get a new batch of plexiglass shipped to me. In the end my last email was ignored. I never received a response and Displays 2 Go did nothing to resolve the problem. Our company has spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and customer service could not even be bothered to send out 12 small pieces of plexiglass to fix the problem.

The barrel does not hold all tickets. The door doesn’t seal. The tickets go everywhere whenever you turn and spin the barrel. VERY cheaply built. Great customer service. Very poor product.

I was extremely excited when I saw you guys site about custom made furniture and I ordered some furniture for my business almost a month ago and I still haven't received it I paid for it but I haven't received it how do I get my product for my money back?

The hat rack that I ordered came to me with one of the parts bent so badly that I couldn't make it work. When I called them they said the racks were out of stock and they could give me a partial refund since they could not replace the rack. A month later and I am still waiting for my refund. Won't do business with them again.

It took two weeks to get our tax exempt account set up. When we did make a purchase, we were charged tax. I called on Monday this week for a tax credit, and as of today Friday I still have not heard back from the tax team.

Horrible! I ordered the display on Jan 12th and still no update on your end, the order online says it's still processing and I have no ETA for this yet. And you are asking me for a delivery review when it hasn't been shipped yet!!!!

I ordered an item that had a listed size in the title and all through the item description. It was not clear to me that was not the total size of the board ... it was several inches larger on all sides because of the frame which made it useless for my use. When I called in, I was told without sympathy that the listings have the full size (it does when you look down at the smaller details below the product description). So if I was an expert in these things, I would have realized this potential problem. However I feel that the listing should make it much more explicit that there is a writing board size and potentially a quite different overall size with framing. So considering a 20% restocking fee and having to pay for return shipping, I have given up and am having a friend remove the framing and cut down the board to a size that will fit the available space. Thanks to the customer service lady's "this is your fault and you should have known better" attitude, I will find somewhere else to buy these items in the future.

We purchased an item and found out it was not working for what we needed in that particular area. When speaking with your company to find out what to do for a return or exchange, we found out that the return would cost us $373.56! That is crazy to expect someone to pay almost $400.00 to return something. That certainly nixed the idea to exchange it or do any further business with your company. We're remodeling our conference room, waiting area and lobby and will not purchase anything from Displays2go to complete this project.

When I ordered online, the video shows differently than what I received. The lady keep on telling me that underneath the video stated something that it only shows the brightness. But I did not see that writing below the video. The only thing I saw below the video was the description and product details. So in short the video was misleading because I thought that was what I was going to get. I want to change it to the one just like what is shown in the video but the lady told me I will have to pay for the return shipping cost. I am not saying I will return it without buying another one. All I was asking is to offer free return shipping to change to the right open sign that I want. My husband and I are very disappointed with our experience with your company. It would have been better that there was no video showing at all not to confuse the customers.

So i recieved the stand I ordered. Packing was appropriate but minimalist instructions. I decided to return it as i wanted one with wheels and ordered this on accident. The return process waa really hard. I finally dropped it off at fall rivers and they wouldn't give me a slip to say it happened and now won't respond to my emails.
