The Hat dsiplay product is great, but I highly resent the fact that you haven't given me an option to stop your adVERTISING SPAM FROM COMING TO MY EMAIL. IT'S OFFENSIVE. DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE. If you do I will never order from you again & will spreAD THE WORD WITH OTHER vendors. Cynthia Townsend

Product is ok. Did not disclose i have to pay custom on the purchase. Very disappointed. Now my purchase cost almost 30% up. It is better to disclose extra fees upfront.

Awful because: 1. Differing color tints, even though both are cherry. 2. The nice looking cherry colored easel was missing holes for pegs on one arm. The base was also impossible to insert into the top portion. It was also missing hardware. 3. The lighter cherry had all of its hardware and had all of the peg holes, however was clearly a different tint, therefore I did not attempt to assemble. Also the tint is a very unattractive orange. 4. In addition, the color I had ordered was Honey, not Cherry. I did request, and received a full refund. Displays2Go did not want the easels back, so I threw them out.

I had a very difficult time returning my order and get credited for my product. It took over 3 weeks to get my credit applied. Unacceptable.

October 7 we were to have been sent a replacement top for one that did not fit. We have yet to receive it.

shipping is terrible, took over 18 days to receive the goods. customer service is non existent, never answer phone, takes three days to get a useless email reply. everything made in China and packaging looks like it just fell off a boat onto a dock and then run over by a truck.

I ordered patio heaters from these people on 9/11, said it was 7 days out. Obviously I was going to be patient with Covid. When I called today, almost 3 weeks since I ordered, telling me it's now 3-4 months out. Thanks for nothing!

the key that locked the case wasnt the key to open it, so i have locked jewelry in the case not able to get it out due to the lock

How about a No Star!!! It was late delivery over 3 weeks. No Allen key an more importantly NO CLEAR SNEEZE SCREEN ATTACHED TO THE ROLLER. So surprised at displays 2go done business in the past with good results. I?m going to give this order a pass because of COVID-19 And cooperative customer service

Unfortunately there is a lack of communication between departments. The print team continually printed wrong items over and over again, with a blatant disregard of instructions from a supervisor for a reprint of our replacement order. We have yet to receive the correct order for our reopening after covid. We are not the first client to experience this issue according to other customer reviews of these products. Beyond disappointing and frustrating. There needs to be PHONE-CALL communication with the print/design team. Not emails. Supervisor even states that she cannot understand why they continue to do this for many customers. How can you know that your company operates like this and be ok with it? Unacceptable service, especially for the hundreds of dollars we put out. Design team needs a complete overhaul in addition to a COMMUNICATION OVERHAUL BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS.

Item didn't show it was on back order until I had made the purchase. After there was no update on when the item(s) should ship, let alone arrive. So, I called and they said it would be 17 days until I saw them, 21 days later, still no frames...

I received the wrong items. I have been unable to connect with customer service via either phone or chat. I connected via the Facebook page and was assured that I would be contacted by customer service and that hasn't happened. I would certainly appreciate being contacted to resolve this very unsatisfactory experience.

I placed an order for 12 stanchions on June 5th, and was told the order would ship in 2 weeks. I checked in just before they were expected to ship to make sure we were on track, as this was a time sensitive need, but was then told the order would ship on July 2nd. I checked in just before that, and was told they did not have a ship date. So, I ended up ordering from another vendor (that had the same item at a lower price) on July 7th and received them less than a week later. I understand the supply chain has been a mess lately, and that ship dates have been impacted. HOWEVER, I reached out numerous times to Displays2Go without any response, and had to follow up multiple times to get any sort of acknowledgement. The situation could have been handled much better on their end, and wouldn't have left me with such a bad taste, had they at least responded to me.

The frames all came damaged. They all have bad scratches, the cardboard and plastic front are uneven, the cardboard sides are all torn making it a living nightmare to frame a poster. I got them for a Father?s Day gift. I didn?t have time to ship them back and get a replacement. It ruined my dad?s gift.

When I ordered the product it said next day shipping. 2 weeks later no product. I reached out via email no response for 5 days. I called closed for the holiday. When I got an email back, they said they would have to check then no response. I emailed letting them know I had to go a different route and to cancel my order. I finally got an explanation, the supplier didnt have enough of the item to fulfill my order. I then reiterated to cancel my order. Then I received an email about my cancellation. So this email thanking me for my order leaves me a little uneasy that my order was actually cancelled?

If it wasn't for our local FedEx office, I never would have received my order. None of your people did what they said they would. I never received any notice that after three months my back ordered item was even back in stock, and that it had shipped and multiple delivery attempts had been made. then I called and asked to have the items held at the FedEx store for me to pick up. I was told only a supervisor could do this and I would receive a call when I could pick it up at a FedEx store across town. It was released, no one called to let me know and it was not at the store I was told it would be. Your customer service leaves a very bad impression of your organization.
