We purchased an item and found out it was not working for what we needed in that particular area. When speaking with your company to find out what to do for a return or exchange, we found out that the return would cost us $373.56! That is crazy to expect someone to pay almost $400.00 to return something. That certainly nixed the idea to exchange it or do any further business with your company. We're remodeling our conference room, waiting area and lobby and will not purchase anything from Displays2go to complete this project.

When I ordered online, the video shows differently than what I received. The lady keep on telling me that underneath the video stated something that it only shows the brightness. But I did not see that writing below the video. The only thing I saw below the video was the description and product details. So in short the video was misleading because I thought that was what I was going to get. I want to change it to the one just like what is shown in the video but the lady told me I will have to pay for the return shipping cost. I am not saying I will return it without buying another one. All I was asking is to offer free return shipping to change to the right open sign that I want. My husband and I are very disappointed with our experience with your company. It would have been better that there was no video showing at all not to confuse the customers.

So i recieved the stand I ordered. Packing was appropriate but minimalist instructions. I decided to return it as i wanted one with wheels and ordered this on accident. The return process waa really hard. I finally dropped it off at fall rivers and they wouldn't give me a slip to say it happened and now won't respond to my emails.

i bought a item, read the specs it said it would fit my tablet ordered the stand and it didn't fit?.. so i go to send it back and displays2go charges me a "restock" fee,,,, what is this some type of scam,, why should i have to pay for your misinformation ?

Very unhappy. Shipping was promised next day, which did not happen. The tracking on the website does not work, or takes 4-5 business days to show up. Customer services response was poor.

I'm a co-founder of a software startup, we needed a pop-up display for a conference and Displays2Go was easy to find on the web so we tried them out. Eventually however we went with another company called (external reference) that got us out of the jam Displays2Go put us in. The first let down, but not a deal breaker, was that their prices were high. $2,200 plus they charge another $112 for shipping and that isn't for overnight, it's a typical 3 day service. Meanwhile the other guys we went with were about $600 cheaper and while they didn't offer free shipping they do at least offer more shipping options which helps. Next they made it seem like they had a strong quality control process and pros at what they do by sending us some questions about our graphics and need by date. We provided that and gave a date 18 days out -- plenty of time. From there we were contacted by a Rep, initials C.M., and began our unpleasant and lengthy experience of time wasting. The majority of the blame I feel belongs to the company's standard processes which must allow for way too much time to complete each step; seems like they have some internal process streamlining to do. The Rep C.M. certainly did not go above and beyond in any way and most would agree worked at a below average rate of effort. Every step took one or more days, every slight problem in the graphics became a show stopper until more days were wasted and a fix was created. Nine days later we finally get a final proof to review and the color doesn't match. At that point we're stressing if this will ship in time for our conference based on 3 days of shipping. We ask about using a new PMS color and redoing the graphic but Displays2Go seems to have an extremely unflexible process and by not approving the original proof sent to us and asking them to use another color meant starting the entire process all over again. The rep told us the ship date would be pushed back a massive 7 days (making the ship date 2 days past our need by date and likely making it 4+ days late by time it shipped to us.) We told them to cancel the order at that point. They had wasted 10 of the 18 days we had to get ready for this major conference. Leaving us just barely enough time to rush the project over to (external reference). It has worked out okay however as they are cheaper with better accessories. This is my first time ever making a 1 star comment, it's harsh but this wasn't like a messed up amazon order of a DVD. This was a costly item that was a critical part of a project that our small startup had to get right. Messing with someone's small company is like messing with their child. Displays2Go showed no effort to help us meet the need by date even after they wasted so many of our days, they made no offer of a quick re-work and no offer of free or deeply discounted overnight shipping. This lack of respect for our deadlines and lack of care for how greatly this would hurt our company by showing up to a conference with no booth banner / displays was what got them a 1 star rating and my recommendation to anyone reading to never use them.

If an item is out of stock, it should be removed from your website until it is available. No one was rude, did not actually speak to anyone but not happy with final result.

I purchased a table display and called immediatly after receiving it was damaged. I talked to someone who told me to send a pic of the damage which I did. No response. Sent another email asking about an update and no response. Very very disappointed and would not recommend this company because if your order is not right you run the risk of them not making it right.

*Didn't send an email to confirm shipment *Refused to cancel/exchange an order claiming it had already shipped *I called UPS to refuse delivery: they shipped THREE BOXES so it ony refused one and had to send two more back *Have not refunded me (STOLE MY MONEY) for the order I did not want DO NOT do business with this garbage company!! They have atrocious customer service!

I discover the reason why the locking mechanism does not work. It is the proverbial round peg in the square hole. The "T" pin that is on the lock, goes into a rectangular keep that you instal on you device. The rectangular shape does not allow the "T" pin lock to fully engage. You can only do a half turn, but the key will not remove. What good is a lock that will not lock. I now have a piece of plastic glued on my device that does nothing.

I ordered a set of 50 table number stands to be used at my wedding and at my sister's wedding. They did not stand! When we opened the package and stuck a number in (3x5 inch cardstock) it tipped right over and did not stand up. This was on a table, and they were even more unsteady on the tablecloth that will be used at a wedding. I can't believe a displays company would design and sell and stand that does not stand! Embarrassing. I should have known the price was too good to be true, we have sent this item back.

Ordered a table and it arrived chipped. It was not a result of shipping, as it was padded quite well. I have sent a dispute email and called customer service. Waiting for someone to contact me.

After asking what my shipment status was, they finally got back to me a week after my order was placed letting me know my shipment was damaged and my order was cancelled. I asked for the order to be placed again, but they refused, stating "they had a new computer system" and it would not be possible to re-order, despite the fact that the item was readily available for order online.

I had an issue with how an order was charged out. I was given the option of driving 200 miles to return the product for a full refund. Totally unacceptable

We ordered our racks weeks before the event we needed them for. They never showed up. We heard back from Displays2go the day before the event and offered that they could deliver them to the event. There was no response and they were never delivered. It was complete waste of everyone's time and effort.

I purchased a TV display stand from them. Delivery was the fastest I've ever seen, but the stand was terribly constructed and now the TV isn't straight relative to the wall its in front of because the base and poles were so poorly constructed.
