“The quality of products is amazing. I ordered an item only to find I ordered the wrong dimensions. I called them when my package arrived and explained to them what I had done. I spoke with Rosemary who was extremely helpful. She helped me arrange a return and also took my order for the correct item. Shipping was extremely fast. Looking forward to ordering more from them in the future.”

“We have made several purchases from Displays2go for our business. We have always received great products, packaged well, and timely shipping. We had one item arrive damaged badly (packaged well, but was obvious that it had been damaged in transport) and they replaced that item quickly with some photos and request. Great company that has good products and customer service!”

“We had a problem with the item when it arrived though the customer service at Displays2go took care of the issue with very little effort on our part. Our trash can enclosure arrived damaged at no fault of Displays2go and despite it not being their fault the representative was quick to ship us a replacement item and only required we send in some pictures of the damage.”

“The transaction was smooth and had no problems ordering and receiving, however, the corner of the display had been damaged and the particle board was showing. Update 4/14/17: A customer service representative contacted me and has taken care of the problem we had with the shipment of the rack. Their professionalism and customer care is greatly appreciated and we will use them again when the need arises. Thank you.”

“Quality of the product is fantastic. We received the product quickly. I presented my brothers casket flag from 1972 to my son at his Eagle Court of Honor in this new flag holder. It made a memorable part of the ceremony.”

“The card rack worked well. There was a plastic part I have no idea what it was to be used for and I had to add a tube to make the whole thing further off the floor. The bottom spaces will never get looked at. It is a bit cheaply made for the price but served the purpose. I appreciate that the company , after my review, offered to have me return it but I do not wish to do so . The rack is not ideal but as I said it served the purpose. I will keep it.”

“Reasonable prices. Quick shipping. Lights came in but one of the bulbs were broken. I happened to be in the Fall River area and decided to stop in and return the fixture on 4/5/17. All I needed was a new bulb. I was sent to door #15 and met a very nice young lady (didn't get her name) who within 2 min put a new bulb in and also gave me a spare for my trouble. Left very satisfied and happy with the great service.”
