“Terrible unfinished product which I reported. I received a discount which still left a very very expensive product.”

“Hi I never received the towels ordered as I was told the courier couldn’t make contact with me but I never received notification that they tried to deliver. My apartment isn’t easy to access but if they had called I’d have made arrangements with them to redirect or redeliver I was then told I’d had to restart my order again as it had been cancelled but not keen to do this is deliver is an issue as I’m not always at home to receive the goods Nic”

“I have been emailing yourselves for the past fortnight (at least 6 different emails) to ask for a return address/shipping note but to no avail. Very very disappointed in your after service. I spent £100 on your XL bundle of towels but unfortunately they don’t suit my needs and I would just like to return them. I would be most grateful for your reply. Many thanks.”

“Upset with Dock & Bay! We purchased several towels at full price putting the code for a 10% discount in. At the check out this wasn’t deducted from the final bill! I emailed the company asking for the refund but they didn’t have the curtesy ti reply. To add insult a few days latter most of their products were at much reduced prices on BrandAlley!!! Would I recommend this company! NO.”

“Waste of $50, I commented thru Facebook and never got a reply. The feel is odd and not good for drying the body. A good chair drape is all. So very disappointed.”

“Not great. I was excited to try these towels out. When I received my towels I washed them straight away and once dry I noticed thread had already come loose and it wasn’t what I was expecting at all.”

“Purchased this towel for our Europe trip, to minimize the weight in our luggage. We heard from friends that the product shipped in a short period of time (which was true) although when I packed my luggage to leave our trip and return home. I unpacked my bag to find that the bag and the towel were mouldy. Not only did I have to toss the towel but surrounding clothes.”

“Sorry I can’t review the product as it took 9 days to turn up and I didn’t get to take it on my holiday. As there are no Bank Holidays in October I’m a little confused about the quoted delivery time! Order tracking website didn’t work! When I ventually get to use the beach towel it might be fab. ?”
