“Poor quality, unbearable masks and condescending customer service who told me these non returnable masks are all uncomfortable to wear .... made in China, cannot breath in it, 1 min max, ill fitting, not fit for purpose at £6 each, but how would I know they were rubbish before purchasing. I gave worn other masks and all have been better than these. Don't waste your money.”

“Product seemed OK but not in overly great quality. High maintenance instructions for care leads to questions and durability. Return process very cryptic and difficult to undertake. So much so that it was apparent that that was intentional which makes me lose all confidence in this company and ran”

“I wanted these so badly!! But i do not like the way they feel 🙁 they are also much smaller than i realized. I would return but shipping is expensive to return so i will try to sell them.”

“Biggest waste of money doesn’t even work washed it once and one side of the wrap has faded stitching isn’t strong Contacted dock and bay and did say they will give me money back So now I’ve got the job to send it back Just wanted a hair wrap that worked”

“So have had an email to give a review, clearly no thought or checks gone into whether order was delivered or not and after an email to chase. my order. Ordered on 7th April and whilst it's not of great value, it has still not arrived yet and is now 21st April. I am taking into consideration the current circumstances of the lockdown so not stressing about it but would be nice to get another update in estimated delivery!! You did ask!! So rate lowest of 1 so far”

“Ordering and delivery service was easy and speedy, I think these are very overpriced for what they actually are, I was recommended these towels and I naively thought they would be a luxury towel, in short they’re nothing more than large cotton rectangular stripped material, I was so disappointed, the photos used to advertise them (from a selling point) is very deceiving, giving the benefit I haven’t used them, therefore I can’t comment on the durability of them.”

“Hi I was very happy with the delivery time, however I have contacted the company on 8th February, and again on the 15th February, advising I would like to exchange the large for the medium size, and yet no contact from them, they have acknowledged that they have received my request and they will usually respond in 48 hours........no contact. Need to be far more responsive!”

“I was not happy with the quality of the poncho minis which I ordered so I returned them. Then I was extremely disappointed that when I inquired about sending them back that I had to cover the return shipping costs. Overall, not a happy customer because of essentially spending half the cost of the order just to return them.”

“Towels are brilliant! Customer service not so!! In error I double ordered but was told I hadn’t, got charged twice and have spent over a month or more with numerous e-mails and phone calls, and proof of posting back trying to prove it. Finally they have just admitted there was an error on their part and are refunding me. Probably won’t be buying any more 😢”
