“I placed my order on July 28th and today August 11th nothing has arrived yet. After a week I wrote to the customer service because my order seemed lost. They told me that there has been a problem and that they are sending the goods again, in the meantime other 5 days have passed and now it seems that (maybe) they will make a new shipment ... I wanted to have my order for the holidays but at this point I am afraid it will not be possible. Too bad because the products looked interesting.”

“Extremely disappointed as the masks were too big. Ordered adult size which was only option & when opened they were marked L Even too big for my husband. Once opened can not be returned. Tried to shorten strap by double stitching but mask then felt uncomfortable around face. Unless you have large face would not recommend.”

“Ordered six face mask for my family and what a mistake. Opened one and the fit was terrible. Could not be worn by any of us. Emailed but the customer service I received was dreadful. Expensive mistake and have now had to shop elsewhere.”

“When viewing, product said 'one size, when order confirmed it said XS/S! When I tried to change it said larger out of stock. Don't like to be tricked.”

“Bought 2 masks. One black mask is fine and is in use. Pale blue mask is very badly made. The edging is not sewn correctly, only way to address this would be to remove piping and resew. Very disappointing. Have put it in drawer. Only suitable as emergency mask.”

“Sorry it’s not a positive review but being honest 3 out of the 5 of the face masks started to fall apart on the first wash ....... was disappointed as all the towels we had purchased were great! Were offered a discount which we accepted.”

“I was actually super excited about these towels with having 5 kids! As an influencer I had planned to promote them, as well. HOWEVER, they are awful and I wish I had not purchased them because they are NOT QUICK DRYING! I DO LOVE the elastic hooks for hanging them all on our mudroom hooks. BUT, I do not recommend them... my regular beach towels dry quicker than these.”

“I ordered 4 face masks on 15th July. Hermes sent me an email on 17th July stating the parcel will be delivered that day. The parcel was not delivered even though I was in all day. I did not receive an email stating failed delivery instead I had to chase up what happened. It is 29th July and I still have not received my parcel. Very poor service from Hermes.”

“Brought 5 of these for myself and other family members however they only fit 2 of us the loops that go around your ears were not long enough so did not fit correctly. also the fabric makes me feel hot and claustrophobic Would not be able to wear for any length of time.”

“I have to say, that I love Dock And Bay as their products have always been great and their service better. On this occasion, I purchased some masks which were no good. The large came up quite small and they were very thick and could not be breathed through making them unfit for purpose. Although polite and helpful, they would not take back the still sealed ones and would only offer 50% credit which leaves me with £20 of useless products :((”

“I love the Dock & Bay changing robe and thought the face mask would be similarly good. Sadly not so. It has no shaping and clings to one's nose with every breath. It's impossible to use and I mistakenly paid £7 each for 5 of them. Hugely disappointed.”

“Disappointed with these face masks. I find it harder to breathe wearing this mask as the material is polyester & polyamide. The adult mask is quite big too so doesn't feel quite securely”

“Loved the towels Have 3 sets and bought many more as gifts However the face masks were poor - badly sewn and huge so no use at all Very disappointing and not the quality I had come to expect”

“Shocking product. After two hrs on the beach the towels were only fit for the bin. They attract dirt so badly they now look like rags, never ever had this with a traditional beach towel. Way overrated product in our opinion.”

“Face masks. Too thick to breathe through. I wear masks everyday at my job in an operating theatre so I’m used to masks. But these were just too thick. Sorry. Love dock and bay usually”
