We are still waiting for a response to the flooring in our bathroom being spoilt as the plumber didn’t replace the sealant around our toilet which resulted in a rocking toilet! We now have to replace the flooring

On telephoning to explain that the freezer drawers they sent are the wrong ones for the 3rd time, I requested an engineer to actually come in order to see the freezer so that they can send the correct ones. The D & G person said that they will note this down and I have heard nothing since. So I guess it'll be yet another phone call to them yet again to try and get this right

When I came to claim was not helpful and requested a receipt for a tv that was 6 years old. Who even has a receipt that old and declined to pay out. I used to use these for all my repair services, would never use again

I was told last Wednesday that my washer could not be repaired because the part has been discontinued and to call D and G on Thursday to start the process of getting a new one per the warranty. I called on Thursday and was told I would receive an email by Monday with a replacement one. It is now Tuesday and I have yet to receive the email. When I called today, I was told someone will reach out in the next 5-7 days. When I asked if it was 5-7 days from last Thursday or today, the lady said today. We have been without a washer for almost two weeks now, and it appears that it will be another week before I can discuss the replacement process with someone. This is ridiculous. I'm not sure if the warranty is worth the hassle of having to wait weeks for a new washer.
