“Very happy with the repair to my tumble dryer. I’m lost without it and the D & G repair man arranged a quick appointment. I actually had two repair men on the day . They repaired the machine and in addition fitted a replacement glass window in the door. The original was cracked. They not only did the repair but were full of helpful information and very cheerful too. Couldn’t ask for more . Would definitely recommend D & G Appliance insurance.”

“Brilliant service. The only complaint is the wait time. 10 to 14 days. But its always fixed and the engineers are always very polite and professional.”

“I’ve been really pleased with Domestic & General. Their customer service team was polite and easy to reach, and they explained my policy clearly. The price for the cover was reasonable compared with similar plans I’d looked at. My replacement appliance arrived quickly, so the delivery process was smooth. When I had to send back an item once, the returns and refund procedure was straightforward and stress-free — I got my money back promptly. Overall, they made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and well-handled.”
