“Been with D&G for many years and am still surprises at how easy, quick and simple it was for me to get a new replacement fridge. Did not take long at all to have it delivered. Am extremely happy with the service I have and hopefully always will receive.”

“Very responsive, pushing Siemens to deal with the problems. Very quick to respond post the write off to offer a replacement like for like. Marks Electrical delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately the replacement unit was delivered damaged, however Marks we’re back the next day with a new unit, this time in good working order 😃”

“The engineer came on the date stated - he said it wasn’t able to be fixed and would submit his report. The same day we were given a choice of fridge freezers we could have as a replacement and ordered that evening. That was delivered on the agreed day and for a small fee - under £10 our broken fridge freezer was taken away”
