Delivery driver went to the wrong house, took a photo of the wrong door and left. I waited in all day and the washer wasn't delivered. When I spoke to a member of the team about this she said he wouldnt turn round and deliver my washer even though it was his mistake. There was no customer service just a 'youl have to re book another slot' baring in mind we have been waiting 4 weeks for a spare part before a new washer was even considered and had to be prompted by ourselves to get one. So we have been without a washer for nearly 5 weeks. And there was no consideration for this by making the driver deliver our washer when he should have. Very poor service by all.

We are both old age pensioners 70 and 75 years old. The fridge was dropped inside the kitchen and we had to take all the wrapping and put this this in the slot. The energy rating on the fridge is G a very high rating in the energy crisis on the old age pensioners. Surely more care should have been taken . Simply disappointing.

Very impressed by your swift response. Being without a washing machine in a home where there is a sick person is really difficult. I explained my situation to D&G and to the company and they fast tracked the replacement. Thank you.

Overall a good experience. We had a wait for the iniital appointment, and then we were expecting a significant wait for a new part. Then, suddenly we were offered a new product, which was unexpected! The upgrade option was not available, so I had to ask for that. The product arrived and was as advertised. All staff have been friendly and helpful, the time waiting to be told we could have a replacement could have been improved and the upgrade option should have been visible from the start.
