I must admit I've the process of setting up my policy we with D&g very confusing, doesn't seem to be a joined up process so had to ring to establish the situation

Tumble dryer stopped working but it was covered by DG insurance and they changed it for a new model no hassle. Delivered within a week and now ready for the next wash load to be dried.

Very happy with D&G, got lots of items insured with them and always been brilliant! My dryer recently stopped working fully and they came out within a few days, couldnt be fixed so they sent a replacement within the same week. Booking was very easy and customer service was lovely. Highly recommend this company!

We were disappointed as we paid for installation and the engineer did not connect the cold water pipe as we need an extension , which we have . We still have not received the refund for this Otherwise , delivery was very good

I click installation and delivery and it was just dumped there and hasn't been fixed till now . So since over 2 week of delivery no hob to use in my home and still paying insurance. This is not very good after calling your office to send me and installer no one bothered.

Great service had booked a repair was let down 3 times by the company doing the repair, contacted D&G who sorted it for me within 24hrs, got a new washer and easy process. Excellent communication and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

From the beginning of the first contact with D & G the whole experience was made easy everyone was very polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble any questions were answered... very happy with the service... delivered with care polite delivery men rubbish cleared paid a small amount to have old appliance taken away... great service

I had my annual boiler service booked. Had to pay for care to look after my 94 year old mother that day so I could be at my home for engineer. He arrived , but he left before I could get to the door from my garden. I rang immediately, but he would not come back. I will not be renewing my insurance.

Had a fault with the old washing machine! Engineer came out and checked, unfortunately machine can not mend! Had a replacement within several days. So happy with the service.
