“Engineer sent a timely text, when he was on his way to my property as promised in the previous day email. Found various issues with the fridge freezer that he had come to repair. Carried all the spare parts that were required to effect the repairs. A very busy 2 hours and I was kept up-to-date as to what and why actions were being carried out. Hopefully the issues have been sorted, as this was the third time that this appliance has required the attention of an engineer in the last 3 years. The appliance is now working as intended and hopefully will continue to do so.”

“THE ENGINEER CALLED USING HIS COMPUTER HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MACHINE WHICH MADE A LOUD BONKING NOISE WHEN IN USE. the machine is still making a loud noise when spinningwhere do I go from here”

“I’ve had great service and quick repairs completed with L & G insurance on white goods Too many phone calls and messages trying to get me to cover other items. If I need it I’ll ask for it myself don’t need to try and sell it to me”
