“My order hasn't processed and I can't get a reply via email or Facebook as to why, yet I'm getting asked to rate my order... I have been charged and no order has arrived and no order is even on record on my dose and co account. Normally I give 5 stars for the product though, absolutely love it!”
“A month ago, I purchased online the unflavoured marine collagen powder. After a couple of days, I was aware it was giving me a headache. Stopped using it and the headache went away after a day or so. Wrote to Dose and Co about this and didn't get a reply. You might say, how do I know it was the collagen. I don't suffer headaches normally. When I started the collagen, the headache started; when I stopped, the headache went away. Not keen to test again.
The after sales service is my issue. The fact that I can't use the product is just unfortunate.”
“I updated my address details and at some point during the purchase process the delivery address defaulted back to old address (billing address remained correct)
As a result My order went to my old address - I followed up and they apparently returned the parcel to sender / I informed you of this but hvnt had any more correspondence / I assumed once it was returned a match would have been made and I would have hoped to have received my order. Disappointed and Dissatisfied”
“I never received my product. I have emailed the company twice now and have been told the product is still on the way but nobody has any idea where it is or when it will arrive. I was told things were slow due to COVID but everything else I have ordered online in the last month arrived within a week. Obviously the courier you are using is not very good if your company is trying to track down a package and nobody has any idea where it is other than to say it is in transit. I have gone on the DHL site myself and it tells me absolutely nothing. I have asked to be reimbursed but got not response on that either.”
“I didn't receive the dairy-free collagen creamer coconut as I had ordered. I just got the non-dairy one. It was a shame as I could have picked it up far easier at the supermarket and got what I wanted.”
“To be really honest with you, I love the idea of the product but I had a bad reaction to the dairy free vanilla collagen creamer. I had gut pains and the skin on my entire face ended up feeling like sandpaper (red and little bumps all over) and then it went all flaky and was peeling in patches. It has taken over 3 weeks for my skin to start returning to normal, even today my skin is still flaky round the eye area”
