“It was not outlined that the product best before was less than 2 weeks after purchase. Purchasing 2 containers meant there was no way I could finish even a quarter of what I bought before that date which was disappointing. I contacted to ask about this and was told I got the product on a deal so the limited best before was just the way it is. I replied saying it should’ve been made clear as I would have rather paid full price and received a product with a longer best before date and I received no reply. Not great customer service unfortunately. The product I have tried, I did like but won’t be purchasing again due to the obvious misleading of the deal and best before date.”

This wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement or anywhere on the website which is disappointing. I didn’t realize there was coconut in this product. It does not taste like vanilla at all. I am unable to drink this as it makes me feel quite sick. Very disappointed with the taste as I’ve spent over $70 AUD on 3 of this product.”
