“When I placed the order I placed my correct shipping address, when I received confirmation it had added #,% signs. I tried calling and they stated that it was already shipped to contact fed ex, fed ex told me to contact dose and co, I went back and forth calling fed ex and your company. It was delivered to incorrect address. When I called to complain they stated they would ship another shipment to my correct address. I never received it and just gave up. I will call this week to cancel the subscription for all 3 products I originally made. Very unhappy as I really wanted to try the products, going it would help with my hair loss and skin because I have lupus. Very disappointed”

Hi, I did not realize I signed up for a reoccurring purchase since I don’t remember clicking any boxes during checkout that asked me if I wanted too. I really do not have the money to purchase this right now & the money has already been taken out of my account without my knowledge or my permission. I do not want this product right now. I need to get a refund, please do not send this product to me I just bought one less than 2 weeks ago.
