“I want to say your product is great and I really enjoy it, I can see some of improvement on my skin and hair but I have to say the costumer service is horrible. I made a mistake with my order and thought costumer service will help me to fix it but I was very disappointed I didn’t get any help at all. Now I spend more money on fixing the shipping cost from one state to another. Horrible costumer service”
“I really wanted to like this product. When I first opened the container, the product looked and smelled amazing! However, when I added the creamer to my coffee, it did not dissolve and there was no flavor. I only added two tablespoons due to the high calorie count. I ended up discarding my cup of coffee because the product lumped and stayed floating. I read numerous reviews prior to purchasing and they all said the product dissolved and tasted amazing. Maybe I did something wrong but based on my experience, the price, taste, lack of dissolve, and amount of product received, I will not purchase again.”
“Does not taste very good, I have tried this creamer with at least 4 different types of coffee (no more than 10oz) and was let down with the creamer consistency and taste. I was hoping to replace a regular coffee mate creamer for this fancy one, but I still have to add original creamer for decent taste (but end up with more calories). I also tried mixing it with milk, but it does not mix well and stays clumpy after several minutes of stirring. Tastes fine with milk once it’s dissolved. I will continue to use until I can find a suitable collagen alternative.”
“It is disappointing that I submitted a question at the time of purchase that has gone unanswered. I would have chosen to answer the customers questions before asking how it was for me.

“I have had quite a few tins of the collagen but recently my latest tin for over Christmas had a weevil in it which meant I now have nothing over the break 😢. There has been one replacement sent like for like but this doesn’t really deal with the I convenience. Would have been better to offer a refund or get me to take into my local stores to swap.”
