Such a poor company and lies after lies. Still waiting for parcel. Wouldn't recommend

Absolutely useless. My heart always sinks when I see a parcel is coming with DPD. The drivers just do not care and can not be bothered. The phone help is a waste of time, lies and platitudes.

Placed an order with IKEA on 23 may to be delivered on 28 may by DPD, waited all day on delivery kept checking the tracking " it will be delivered shortly it said from about 8.00 am up until 9.30 that evening, no delivery no text or email from them and when you contact them you never get speaking to a human, absolutely shocking they are...avoid DPD they truly are dreadful and they don't care either....

I would even give minus for DPD if it's possible. I stayed home 2 days for waiting for my delivery. Both times the drivers decided to not even try to deliver my package as it's not possible to park in front of my building. They just took a picture far from the door with a message that I was unavailable. And their helpline is everything but help. They say sorry but actually they cannot solve any problem.

Absolutely horrendous company and service, I’ve been trying to change my delivery slot but it’s impossible. The only thing they do is give me a different day and attempt delivery the same time each day when I’ve told them I’m at work, I then paid an extra £9.99 for a Saturday morning delivery which is ridiculous and then it didn’t turn up!!

Worst courier ever they smashed my PC and did not compensate me. I will never use them again. It is the third time they damaged my item.

Late again, Item was available form 1030 on the 20th, to be collected. It was not logged until after midnight and once again held up in Hinkley. This is a common issue with this depot. Anyway its now the 22nd and after 1400, the parcel has been with the local depot since morning, yet i will not get it until after 1800 again. Once again paid for delivery, not received the service and even when it was late they do not put it out for delivery in the morning. The company is getting worse with no customer support, The bot chat is pointless and 95% of the time it cannot help. Companies like this should be forced to pay back delivery charges, or not allowed to operate if they do not provide customer support to customers. Once again another company getting rich with no actual help support, or providing a proper service.

Absolutely useless. We have stayed at home on two separate occasions wating for DPD to collect a parcel. The first occasion the change it without my knowledge. The second time they did not turn up but claimed that there was no parcel to collect. It was a large parcel placed outside and could not be missed.

Total shambles. Driver Ampreet said he missed us, total lies as I stayed in twice when said he’d been. I ended leaving an A4 note with his name and DPD in big letters stuck to the gatepost. Guess what received a message saying Ampreet had missed us. No further communication, chased Depot to be told it had been sent back to supplier. Absolutely the worst service ever dealing with liars and incompetence.

I would give them no stars if I could. First delivery - couldn't make it on time, second delivery couldn't find the address ( despite delivering here several times before) I am less interested in your driver's profile, more interested in better comms !

I was in my back garden when my ring camera pinged ,I was expecting a parcel, when I got to my front door the driver had gone no calling card left so I went on to their site to say that I was at home and was told by some chatbot that I would not be receiving my parcel till the following day. Not acceptable as I paid for next day delivery .I thought the customer was always right. Well not with this shambles of a company and I might add I only ever have problems with these jokers everyone else manages to deliver my goods

The driver arrived at my doorstep and said I needed to provide a code - I said I needed to message my daughters phone to get code and before I could even get my phone he wrote his number on a card and took a photo and went to his van and drove off. When I called him about 30 secs after he drove off with the code he said he may return but it was a failed delivery and he would be doing me a favour. I called customer services but the card he had given me was not the correct one with the correct number on it so they could locate the order.

DPD falsely marked parcel as delivered and signed without my presence – unlawful and unresolved On 24th February 2025, DPD delivered a parcel (Tracking# 15502419023683) and falsely signed my name, claiming I had received it. I was out of the country at the time. No delivery notification was given, and the building requires intercom access, which I did not receive. The 10kg+ parcel was left without permission, and I had no idea it had arrived. After extensive follow-up with DPD, EPS (sender), housing authority, concierge, and police (MPS Crime Ref: 01/7231730/25), no resolution has been achieved. DPD’s action is unlawful and has caused significant inconvenience. I expect accountability, transparency, and compensation.

0 Stars more appropriate. Several occasions in over the last year the driver doesn’t bother even going to the address and if they do, they cover the camera and pretend they tried. Absolutely abysmal. Some people’s livelihood depends on the deliveries arriving when they should. I am now £1000s of pounds out of pocket and I doubt DPD will reimburse me. they used to be my favourite courier, but now I’m NEVER EVER USING DPD AGAIN. AVOID!!

Absolutely awful and no help whatsoever. Parcel of perishable food was apparently delivered to some unknown location, but not to me. DPD said they would ask the driver to retrieve the parcel and deliver it properly, but that this might not happen. I asked if someone would call me to let me know what was happening and the answer was no. The photo of the 'delivered' parcel included absolutely no background - strange that.

Always late deliveries. Redirectioning to locker is introducing additional delays.

DPD Parcel not delivered as the driver couln't be bothered to drive up the lane to our house. Claimed I was out, when I wasn't, and sent a photo from about 200m away from the house. Was told delivery would be done be the end of the day, and the driver even called to confirm this, but instead took the parcel back to the depot. No way to leave negative feed back about the driver - his name is Dziugas working from the Ipswich depot. Will start asking companies which courier company they use, and if it's DPD just nt do business. Happens too often.
