Driver obviously made no attempt to find the house. They took a photo of the gate that leads to my neighbours gardens as proof that they had tried to deliver! If they really had tried surely they would have photographed my front door! At the time of of the supposed delivery I was in my kitchen at the window where I could be seen by anyone who was making a genuine attempt to deliver a package. I received a text at 18:50 telling me that they were sorry they missed me! I was previously sent a text telling me that the delivery would be between 19:58 and 19:58. It looks to me that the driver was just keen to get finished and made no proper attempt to delver the package. Very poor service, don't use them!

Useless company. Did not attempt to deliver. Tracker shows my parcel stayed in their depot only 24 miles away for a couple of days & then they decided to return it to the vendor as could not comply within time-frame. Suspect some poor service contract between DPD & vendor, where poor performance is scored for how many parcels delivered outside 5 day limit, but totally aborted deliveries are discounted.

Disappointed. Correct street They even took the photo of the wrong building of the flat and waited in all day. Now I got to make other arrangements to wait and catch them so they can deliver the parcel. Even evri have been sending it to the local shop of mine lately and have been efficient. Says it all I don't trust deliveries as their staff are lazy and incompetent

The driver Malik did not make any attempt to deliver my parcel. He stopped his van at the roadside. Made no attempt to enter the car park then drove away. 30 seconds later I got a txt saying the couldn't deliver as no one was home !!!!!! I'm sitting here watching him failing to do his job. I now have to pick up the parcel at a shop that's not on a bus route and I don't have a car so its a taxi there and back!! PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A DELIVERY DRIVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Not happy with the delivery of my neighbours food parcel, which was left on the doorstep, no knock at the door and it was left standing on it end ,it says on the box to try 17 or 19, which did not happen . the drive gave a me a load of grief when I went out to take it in, saying to me what you you looking at and what’s your problem , very rude

3 times this week, I have waited in for small items I have orders through Amazon.. and each time.. “sorry we have missed you”.. and the second one I got a useless picture of a half empty carpet…? What am I meant to do with that?… then Friday afternoon we watched the DPD drive into the estate, stop in front of our house.. pause then decide.. nah… and reverse out.. all caught on our doorstep bell camera may I add… and now the items have been returned to Amazon to I get to do it all over again. Can’t wait. I have been told often that “ oh DPD, yeah that’s what they do, if that can’t be bothered, they just don’t bother” and you get a “sorry we missed you”. I would really sort this issue out as you really have quite the rep.

Yet again DPD give me a delivery time, and then on the day have the cheek to say sorry we missed you. They made no attempt to deliver, and make out they have, Shame on them. I would never use them to deliver my parcel, and shows the companies that do use them to also be very poor. shameful business practice.

I ordered some tools which I need for work. Usual 1 hour time slot. Then at 10.30 the app didn’t update. When at 6pm I started the chat now I was told it wasn’t lost, but couldn’t tell me where it was. Then tried calling, I do think knowing the definition of lost escaped the person I spoke to also. She advised me they can’t contact the driver while driving, I offered her lots of footage of drivers on their phones delivering parcels I have captured on my ring doorbell. She then explained that they can call the depot if there is a problem. Having one of their drivers swearing in Polish in one clip and various languages spoken in many others, perhaps the depot has moved, that would explain the poor delivery service having to cross the English Channel every day. Then she went on to explain my delivery would depend on how many parcels are on the van. I tried to explain I was delivery 27 and the driver delivered 26 at 10.30 which again I think she struggled the concept of time , especially the 7 hour gap between his last delivery and me being on the phone to her. At that point she said that she could do nothing else to help, I asked that using the word ‘ else’ would imply that she had actually helped in some way? She hung up. Usual DPD, usual parcel company but that god it wasn’t Royal Mail. It wouldn’t be here for a month. It’s not like I had anything better to do with my day and the delay in getting my tools will have a knock on effect to my weekend.

What a joke company. Vinted parcel was not available at the pickup point and when I contacted they are asking to tell the sender to contact them. Never ever ever use DPD again. Horrible company

Package was damaged, had clearly been opened, some contents missing, and others damaged. DPD confirmed delivery photo showed packaged had been opened but refused to let me file a complaint, stating I had to contact the seller. This is 2nd time my parcel has been opened. Appalling service.

Literally the worst delivery company ever. They left my son's prescription milk in front of the lift door in my building, outside where it was stolen, shoved a package through my open bathroom window chipping the enamel on my bathtub and today delivered some packages and inexplicably took one to a collection point. It's too the point that I am not going to use companies that use DPD as a delivery service.

The DPD drivers has collected the wrong parcels (Parcelforce ones) from my local Post office, twice!!! £900 worth of my parcels (guitars) are now missing. I have been calling DPD every day for 2 weeks. The call center is USELESS, I was told different things every time I called. Eventualy 2 weeks later someone mentioned that I need to escalate the case with Parcelforce. DPD has still not returned my parcels, at this point it feels like theft. Absolutely infuriating!!!!

3 deliveries - 3 days - 3 random Houses with different house names! No cards left at any house - photos taken from the end of random driveways. Despite hours on the phone over numerous calls - still arriving at random houses and leaving with my parcels - including a medication one to be kept cool!! Absolute joke! Now returning parcels to the senders because they’ve’attempted’ delivery! DRIVER GURKIRTAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED! And your management need to actually help people! I’ve called to advise what’s going on yet they still scan the package as 2 attempts and return it to the sender?? This is medication for my child and work supplies!!!!! I’m self employed and losing money because I have to cancel jobs! Fuming!!!! Absolutely no help! Why aren’t you sending your driver back out to do his job? 5.52pm attempt - scanned in the depot at 6.26. SEND HIM BACK!!! it’s not hard. But no, they’re sending it back to the sender! Poor management, poor service! AVOID!

Waited in all day for a delivery between the hours of 15:37-16:37, only to receive a text at 16:35 saying the driver missed me. Nobody had attempted delivery as I was sat in the living room for the past two hours looking outside the window on my laptop. Furthermore, the photograph "outside" my property is that of a property that is least 1-1.5 mile away as we are on a new build estate. Urgent complaint made to Elaine Kerr (DPD CEO) as spoke to Customer Services who told me "This call isn't going anywhere, I'm going to hang up". Disgusting customer service.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Currys and DPD regarding my order. I placed my order excitedly, but my experience quickly turned into a headache due to the delivery issues. Delivery Attempts: There were multiple delivery attempts made, but unfortunately, both were unsuccessful as I did not hear the doorbell during those attempts. I promptly rescheduled the delivery for a later date, only to find out that my parcel was held at the local DPD depot. Communication Issues: I called DPD for an update and was informed that they could not reach the local depot as no one was answering the phone. This lack of communication was concerning. I then rescheduled the delivery again, but once again, my parcel has not been sent out. Frustration with Service: I took two days off work specifically to be available for delivery, yet I continue to encounter delays and ineffective communication. I have called DPD multiple times and have received the same disappointing responses, leading me to question how DPD operates if their depots cannot communicate with the delivery teams. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by both Currys and DPD. The ongoing issues have caused significant inconvenience, and if this situation is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to request a return to sender for a refund. I hope that others do not have to face similar challenges in their shopping experience.

For some reason DPD drivers are unable to read. We've lived in our apartment for 4 years and not once has DPD been able to deliver to the correct address. Wasted multiple days off waiting only for the driver to not knock and say "we weren't in". Our address clearly says "flat" so why keep trying to deliver to a shop that is closed. Previously spoke to customer services but here we are with the same problem again. I wish suppliers states that used DPD so I could avoid them.
